中国老年人体质健康测试现实困境及优化性路径

국문 초록

在人口老龄化加速、医疗条件改善的背景下，老年人体质健康测试对其健康管理至关重要。然而，当前测试存在诸多困境，如评估指标缺乏针对性、评判标准不统一、测试环境欠佳、人员专业度不足、老年人参与度低等。为此，本文提出优化路径：在测试方法上，重构指标体系、建设标准化流程、开发智能化平台;在测试环境方面，优化设施、改善可达性、强化安全管理、加强宣传;通过培训进修、增加实践机会、考核认证这三方面提升测试人员专业水平;从构建参与机制、优化测试体系、开展精准化教育、完善服务供给等方面增强老年人参与度。旨在提升老年人体质健康测试水平与健康管理质量，为相关研究和实践提供参考。

영문 초록

Against the backdrop of accelerated population aging and improved medical conditions, physical fitness testing plays a crucial role in elderly health management. However, the current testing system faces numerous challenges, such as a lack of targeted assessment indicators, inconsistent evaluation standards, inadequate testing environments, insufficient professional expertise among personnel, and low participation rates among the elderly. To address these issues, this paper proposes optimization pathways: in terms of testing methods, it suggests reconstructing the indicator system, establishing standardized procedures, and developing intelligent platforms;for the testing environment, it advocates optimizing facilities, improving accessibility, strengthening safety management, and enhancing public awareness;regarding personnel expertise, it recommends advancing professional training through continuous education, increasing practical opportunities, and implementing certification assessments;and to enhance elderly participation, it emphasizes the importance of building participation mechanisms, optimizing the testing system, implementing personalized education, and improving service provision. The goal is to enhance the quality of physical fitness testing and health management for the elderly, providing valuable insights for related research and practical applications.
