The 860th anniversary of the birth of Greater Genghis Khan on the 11th of July 2022 by the Decree of the President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh by Lunar Calendar “Virtue Creator” (Буян үйлдэгч) sixty year of the XVII of the Black Water Tiger Year. On the eve of the anniversary, the state palace, all government organizations, including diplomatic missions, educational institutions at all levels, and every Mongolian family issued a decree urging them to cherish and revere the legend portrait of Great Emperor Genghis Khagan in their homes. It was a great historic event. In this article, it talks about that the Mongols laid the first foundation of the New World Order and that its origins was soft power. At the present time, Western world recognized that the Greater Genghis Khan was the first to the Making of the New World Order.
