해양 관광객의 행동에 대한 검토 : 합리적행동이론의 확장

국문 초록

본 연구는 해양 관광객의 행동 의도에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 분석하기 위해 태도, 주관적 규범, 사전지식을주요 변수로 설정하고, 이들 요인이 관광 행동 의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검토하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 합리적 행동 이론을 기반으로 해양 관광객의 행동을 다각도로 분석하여 해양 관광 산업 발전에 기여할 수 있는 기초데이터를 제공하고자 하였으며, 이를 통해 학문적 기여뿐만 아니라 실질적인 정책 수립에도 이바지하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 해양 관광객을 대상으로 총 211부의 설문 데이터를 수집하고 SPSS WIN 및 AMOS 프로그램을 활용하여 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 해양 관광객의 태도는 관광 행동 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 주관적 규범은 관광 행동 의도와 관광 태도에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 주관적 규범이 관광객의 행동결정 과정에서 중요한 사회적 요인으로 작용함을 확인하였다. 사전지식은 관광 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 행동 의도에는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나 정보 제공이 행동 의도로 직접 연결되기보다는 태도를매개로 영향을 미칠 가능성을 시사하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the main factors affecting the behavioral intention of marine tourists by setting attitude, subjective norm, and prior knowledge as the main variables and empirically examining the influence of these factors on tourism behavioral intention. This study aimed to provide basic data that can contribute to the development of the marine tourism industry by analyzing the behavior of marine tourists from various perspectives based on the theory of rational action, thereby contributing not only to academic contributions but also to the establishment of practical policies. To this end, a total of 211 questionnaire data were collected from marine tourists and analyzed using SPSS WIN and AMOS programs. The results of the analysis showed that the attitude of marine tourists had a positive effect on tourism behavioral intention. In addition, subjective norm had a positive effect on both tourism behavioral intention and tourism attitude, and it was confirmed that subjective norm served as an important social factor in the tourists' behavioral decision process. Prior knowledge had a positive effect on tourism attitude, but did not have a significant effect on behavioral intention, suggesting that information provision may have an influence through attitude rather than directly leading to behavioral intention.
