국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 자기결정성과 진로포부와의 관계에서 간호전문직관의 매개효과를 규명하기 위해 시행되었다. 연구 대상자는 J도와 G시에 소재한 3개 대학교의 간호학과 재학생 4학년 180명이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 27.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수 및 회귀분석을 시행하였고, 매개효과 검증을 위해 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 간호전문직관은 자기결정성과진로포부 사이에서 부분매개효과를 나타냈고(Z=2.81, p=.005), 자기결정성(β.=.38, p<.001)과, 간호전문직관(β=.25, p<.001)이 높을수록 진로포부 수준이 높아지며, 진로포부를 설명하는 설명력(R2)은 30%이었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 진로포부를 향상시키기 위한 방안으로 자기결정성과 간호전문직관의 함양을 위한실제적인 전략이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study attempts to understand the mediating effect of nursing professionalism in the relationship between self-determination and career aspiration of nursing college students. The subjects of the study were 180 4th year nursing college students attending nursing departments at three universities located in J province and G city. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis employing the SPSS 27.0 program. Additionally, Sobel tests were conducted to evaluate the mediating effect. As a result, nursing professionalism showed a partial mediating effect between self-determination and career aspiration(Z=2.81, p=.005). The higher the self-determination(β.=.38, p<.001) and nursing professionalism(β=.25, p<.001), the higher the level of career aspiration. And the explanatory power(R2) explaining the career aspiration was 30%. Therefore, it suggests that a practical strategy for cultivating self-determination and nursing professionalism is necessary to promote career aspiration of nursing students.
