청소년의 스트레스와 범불안이 스마트폰 과의존에 미치는 영향 : 외로움의 조절된 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년의 외로움이 스트레스와 스마트폰 과의존 관계에 대한 범불안의 매개효과를조절하는지 검증하고자 실시되었다. 2020년에 실시된 제16차 청소년건강행태조사 데이터를 이용하여 중·고등학생 54,948명의 자료를 SPSS 24.0과 Process Macro 4.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 청소년의 범불안은 스트레스와 스마트폰 과의존의 관계를 매개하였다. 그리고 청소년의 외로움은 스트레스와 스마트폰 과의존의 관계에 대한 범불안의 매개효과를 조절하였다. 즉, 외로움이 높을수록 스트레스로 인한범불안이 강화되어 스마트폰 과의존이 높아진다. 그러므로 청소년의 스마트폰 과의존을 개선하기 위해 스트레스, 범불안뿐만 아니라 외로움을 완화해 줄 프로그램을 마련하여 시행할 것을 제언한다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to verify whether adolescent loneliness moderates the mediating effect of generalized anxiety on the relationship between stress and smartphone overdependence. Using the data from the 16th Adolescent‘s Health Behavior Survey conducted in 2020, data from 54,948 middle and high school students were analyzed using SPSS 24.0 and Process Macro 4.0. The results of the study showed that adolescents' generalized anxiety mediated the relationship between stress and smartphone overdependence. And, adolescents' loneliness moderated the mediating effect of generalized anxiety on the relationship between stress and smartphone overdependence. In other words, the higher the loneliness, the more the generalized anxiety due to stress is strengthened, which increases smartphone overdependence. Therefore, in order to improve adolescents' smartphone overdependence, it is suggested that a program be prepared and implemented to alleviate not only stress and generalized anxiety, but also loneliness.
