국문 초록

이 연구는 한국 다문화교육의 방향성 정립을 위한 심리운동 적용 가능성 고찰에 목적을 두고 있다. 한국 다문화교육 정책을 살펴보고 그 문제점에 대해 비판적 분석을 토대로 심리운동 적용 가능성에 대해 실제적 내용을 고찰하였다. 첫째, 유치원 현장에서의 누리과정 연계를 통한 심리운동은 비장애와 장애 유아의 통합교육이 가능한 것처럼 다문화교육과의 적용도 가능하다는 것을 가름해 볼 수 있었다. 둘째, 심리운동이 유럽에서 일찍이 학교 교육 현장에 접목되었음을 제시하며 다문화교육 현장에서 교과목 과정 연계의 환경 구축 가능성도 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 생애주기에 있어 유아 및 아동청소년기는 사회정서능력이 중요하며 심리운동지원이 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 넷째, 심리운동 관찰진단은 다문화학생의 발달과 적응에 있어 다양한 모습을 주도면밀히 파악하여 현재 상황에서 욕구 수준 파악과 지원을 가능하게 할 수 있다. 다섯째, 다문화교육 현장에서 심리운동 상담 지원이 효과적효율적임을 알아보았다. 결국 한국 다문화교육의 심리운동 적용은 다문화교육 현장에서 다양한 이주배경을 가진 학생의 자발성 회복을 지원하는 방향이 될 것이며 이를 통해 건강한 인격성장을 이룰 수 있을 것이다. 한국 다문화교육에 있어 심리운동학의 역할은 학교현장을 위한 심리운동이 되어야 한다. 이 연구가 다문화학교 현장을 위한 심리운동의 다양한 지원과 개발의 초석이 되길 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to examine the possibility of applying Psychomotorik to establish the direction of Korean multicultural education. Based on a critical analysis of the problems and review of Korean multicultural education policies, the possibility of applying Psychomotorik was examined in practical terms. First, it was found that Psychomotorik through linking the Nuri curriculum in kindergartens can be applied to multicultural education just as integrated education of non-disabled and disabled children is possible. Second, it was found that Psychomotorik was introduced to school education early in Europe, and the possibility of establishing an environment for linking subject courses in multicultural education was confirmed. Third, it was found that social and emotional abilities are important in the early childhood and adolescence stages of the life cycle, and that Psychomotorik support is effective. Fourth, Psychomotorik observation diagnosis can closely identify various aspects of multicultural students’ development and adaptation, and can identify and support the level of needs in the current situation. Fifth, it was found that Psychomotorik counseling support is effective and efficient in multicultural education. Ultimately, the application of psychological movement to Korean multicultural education will be directed toward supporting the recovery of spontaneity of students with various immigrant backgrounds in the multicultural education field, and through this, healthy personality growth can be achieved. The role of psychological movement in Korean multicultural education should be psychological movement for the school field. It is hoped that this study will become the cornerstone for various support and development of psychological movement for the multicultural school field.
