물류기업의 설비투자가 근로자 고용 안정성과 보상에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 설비투자 확대가 근로자의 보상, 생산성, 고용 안정성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과를 통해 물류기업 설비투자의 경제적 효용성과 사회적 영향을 평가하고, 물류기업이 자동화 설비 및 관련 투자를 추진하는 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 다양한 문제점과 그 해결 방안을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 물류기업의 설비투자와 종업원 보상 간에는 음(-)의 결과를 도출하여 자동화 설비 등의 투자 확대가 종업원의 경제적 보상에는 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 설비투자와 근로자 생산성 간의 관계는 양(+)의 결과를 보여 기업의 자동화 투자의 확대가 근로자의 생산성을 높일 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 설비투자의 투자 효용과 관련하여서는 설비투자율, 설비자산 증가율과 총 자본 투자효율 간에는 양(+)의 결과를 보였다. 설비투자와 근로자 고용 안정성과 관련하여서는 설비투자의 확대가 오히려 고용을 촉진하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

In this study, we examined how the expansion of facility investment affects workers' compensation, productivity, and employment stability. The study aims to evaluate the economic efficiency and social impact of logistics companies' capital investments through its findings and to propose solutions for various issues that may arise as logistics companies advance their automation and related investments. A negative (-) result was drawn between facility investment and employee compensation in logistics companies, indicating that the expansion of automation facilities had a negative impact on employee compensation. The relationship between facility investment and worker productivity was positive (+), indicating that the expansion of corporate automation investment could increase worker productivity. Regarding the investment utility of facility investment, positive (+) results were shown between facility investment rate, facility asset growth rate, and total capital investment efficiency. Regarding facility investment and worker employment stability, it was found that expansion of facility investment rather promotes employment.
