Documentary on the Intangible Cultural Heritage of China's Ethnic Minorities focuses on the ritual content of the intangible cultural heritage of China's ethnic minorities. Through disembedding, ubiquity and thick description, it interprets the cultural connotations from the perspective of an “insider” and presents the original, natural and ecological appearance of China's intangible cultural heritage, thus achieving the creation of visual ethnography. This kind of documentary breaks through the limitations of time and space of the intangible cultural heritage of China's ethnic minorities, promotes the audience's knowledge and understanding of this part of the intangible cultural heritage, and is conducive to the transmission and protection of the intangible cultural heritage of China's ethnic minorities.
