국문 초록

With the continuous advancement of medical technology and the increasing demand for medical services, the cultivation of core competencies for clinical medical doctoral students has become a key issue in the field of medical education. This group needs to have a strong theoretical foundation in clinical medicine, the ability to independently conduct clinical research work, as well as critical thinking and innovation. Based on this, the article is grounded in reality, analyzing the current situation of core competency training for clinical medical doctoral students, formulating targeted optimization strategies, and assisting in the formation and development of core competencies for clinical medical doctoral students, in order to cultivate more high-quality talents in the field of clinical medicine.

영문 초록

随着医学技术持续进步与医疗服务需求不断攀升，临床医学博士研究生核心能力的培育已成为医学教育领域的关键议题。该群体需兼具深厚的临床医学理论基础，独立开展临床科研工作的能力，以及批判思维与创新力。基于此，文章立足于实际，分析当前临床医学博士研究生核心能力培养的现状，制定针对性的优化策略，助力临床医学博士研究生核心能力形成和发展，为临床医学领域培养更多高素质人才。
