국문 초록

글로벌 무역의 디지털화가 가속화됨에 따라 국경간 전자상거래는 글로벌 물류시스템의 구조적 변화를 유발하고 있다. 본 연구는 국경간 전자상거래와 물류시스템 간 상호작용을 분석하고 주요 트렌드와 한계를 식별하기 위해 문헌 기반 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 국경간 전자상거래는 AI, IoT, 블록체인 등 디지털 기술을 통해 물류 네트워크의 유연성을 강화하고, 라스트 마일 배송 효율화 및 지속 가능한 물류 관행을 촉진하였다. 그러나 기존 물류시스템은 선형적 공급망 구조와 중앙집중형 운영으로 인해 국경간 전자상거래의 요구를 충족하기에 한계를 보였다. 본 연구는 물류시스템의 디지털 전환과 친환경화의 필요성을 강조하며, 중소기업(SME) 및 신흥 시장에서의 도전 과제를 해결하기 위한 실무적·정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. 이러한 결과는 지속 가능한 글로벌 물류 네트워크 구축과 국경간 전자상거래의 성공적 확장을 위한 기초 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The rapid digitalization of global trade has driven structural changes in logistics systems, primarily influenced by cross-border e-commerce (CBEC). This study employed a literature-based approach to analyze the interaction between CBEC and logistics systems, identifying key trends and limitations. The findings reveal that CBEC leverages digital technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain to enhance network flexibility, optimize last-mile delivery, and promote sustainable logistics practices. However, traditional logistics systems struggle to meet CBEC demands due to their linear supply chain structures and centralized operations. The study underscores the necessity of digital transformation and green logistics while addressing challenges faced by SMEs and emerging markets. Practical and policy implications are provided to support sustainable global logistics networks and facilitate the continued expansion of CBEC. These findings offer a foundation for future research and industry strategies in the evolving digital economy.
