국문 초록

(연구배경 및 목적) 급변하며 돌아가는 사회 속, 꾸준한 학령인구 감소와 수도권 과밀화 같은 불균형적 사회문제가 더욱이 심각해지고 있다. 정부의 학교도서관 개방 연구와 프로젝트를 통해 새로운 학습 및 교육 공간의 역할을 부여하려 노력하였으나, 개방된 학교도서관의 관리 시스템 부재와 저조한 시민 이용률로 인해 기존의 학습 교육 자원을 충분히 활용치 못하는 상황들이 전개되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 국내 교육 행정구조 시스템을 분석하여, 학교도서관 개방 및 사용 관리체계의 부재를 일으키는 시스템적 양상을 파악하고, 더 나아가 대학도서관과 학교도서관의 협력적인 네트워크망을 제안하고자 한다. 또한, 국내 소재 국·공립대학도서관과 학교도서관의 협력체계 구성을 통해 교육행정의 발전적 대안을 물색하여, 협력 구조체계의 실현 가능성에 대한 제시안을 분석해 보고자 한다. (결론) 즉, 대학 및 학교도서관 네트워크 시스템 형성은 현 교육 행정구조의 절실한 변화요구로 인해 기인한 결과라 볼 수 있다. 또한, 각각의 국가 행정구조 체계와 도서관 연계방안을 통해 다양한 상황 속 분석된 결과물을 조합하여, 수행 가능한 새로운 체계와 정책을 제안하고자 한다. 이는 많은 이해관계로 인해 복잡성을 띠고 있는 현재의 교육적 국면에서 적극적으로 해결할 수 있는 방향성을 제시하는 과정이다. 본 연구에서 도출된 상호협력체계의 시스템이 향후 도서관 공간연구 발전과 교육 도서관 행정 시스템에 있어 기여되기를 바란다.

영문 초록

(Background and Purpose) In a rapidly changing social environment, Korea is facing serious and unbalanced social problems such as overcrowding in the metropolitan area and decreasing the school-age population. Despite the government's recent efforts to provide a new learning and educational space through the opening of school libraries, the utilization rate of citizens in libraries is low, and the lack of a management system is causing problems in which educational and learning resources are not fully utilized. Therefore, this study aims to identify conflicting patterns and establish a cooperative network between university libraries and school libraries by analyzing the current domestic education administrative structure system. (Conclusions) In other words, the formation of the university and school library network system can be seen as a result of the urgent need for changes in the current educational administrative structure. It is hoped that the system of the mutual cooperation system derived in this study will contribute to the development of library administration and spatial research in the future.
