국문 초록

Monitoring, prevention, and treatment of chronic diseases among elderly people in communities is a major social and public health issue in China, which is becoming increasingly severe with the aging of the population. This study conducted a questionnaire survey in the core urban area of Chongqing, to a certain extent, to understand the status of chronic diseases and traditional Chinese medicine constitution among elderly people in Chongqing. Based on this, the impact of air quality and living environment on traditional Chinese medicine constitution and chronic diseases was analyzed. The research results show that better air quality and living and exercise environment can effectively improve the physical condition of the elderly and alleviate the problems caused by chronic diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to create a good living environment for the elderly population and promote the improvement of overall social welfare.

영문 초록

社区老年人慢性疾病监测、预防和治疗是中国目前重大的社会和公共卫生问题，随着社会人口老龄化该问题日益严峻。本研究通过在重庆市核心都市圈开展问卷调查活动，在一定程度上掌握了重庆市老年人慢性病和中医体质的状况，并在此基础上分析了空气质量状况和生活环境对中医体质和慢性病的影响。研究结果显示，较好的空气质量和生活运动环境可以有效的改善老年人的身体状况，减轻慢性病产生的问题。为此，有必要为老年人口打造良好的生活环境，促进全社会福利的提升。
