국문 초록

[Background]Since the United Nations proposed the Child-Friendly Cities Initiative, the construction of urban public spaces has attracted more and more attention. Urban families have an increasing demand for urban public spaces that are safe, healthy and educational. Parents expect such spaces to promote the development of children's cognitive, emotional and social skills. [Objective]Explore how to effectively integrate educational elements into urban public spaces, provide scientific basis and practical suggestions for urban planning and design, and build a more child-friendly urban environment. [Methods]The study used literature analysis and survey methods to conduct in-depth field investigations on urban public spaces such as community parks, science and technology museums, libraries, and children's playgrounds in Wuhan, to identify the degree of support for children's educational functions in existing urban public spaces, as well as deficiencies in design and management. [Results]Educational elements in urban public spaces can effectively promote the development of children’ s cognitive, emotional and social skills. Such spaces not only provide a safe place to play, but also realize educational functions in a subtle way. [Conclusion]Urban public spaces play an important role in children's education and family interaction and are an indispensable part of modern cities. Governments and urban planners should attach importance to their construction and maintenance, formulate relevant policies and standards, and encourage more urban public spaces with educational functions to be implemented in cities.

영문 초록

【背景】自联合国提出儿童友好城市倡议以来,城市公共空间的建设受到越来越多的人的关注,城市家庭对安全、健康、教育兼备的城市公共空间需求日益增加,家长们期望这类空间能够促进儿童的认知、情感和社会技能的发展。【目的】探讨如何在城市公共空间中有效融入教育元素,为城市规划和设计提供科学依据和实际建议,以构建更加儿童友好的城市环境。【方法】研究采用文献分析和调查法,对武汉市的社区公园、科技馆、图书馆、儿童乐园等城市公共空间进行深入田野调查,识别现有城市公共空间对儿童教育功能的支持程度,以及在设计和管理上存在的不足。【结果】城市公共空间中的教育元素能有效促进儿童的认知、情感和社会技能的发展。这类空间不仅提供了安全的玩耍场所,还在潜移默化中实现了教育功能。【结论】城市公共空间在儿童教育和家庭互动中起着重要作用,是现代城市不可或缺的一部分。政府和城市规划者应重视对其的建设和维护,制定相关政策和标准,鼓励更多具有教育功能的城市公共空间在城市中落地实施。
