사회복지사의 창의성이 직무성과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

사회환경의 변화와 함께 창의성은 사회복지사에게 요구되는 대표적 역량임에도 지금까지 국내에서 사회복지사의 창의성을 직접적으로 다룬 연구는 거의 수행되지 못하였다. 이러한 문제의식을 토대로 본 연구에서는 사회복지사의 창의성 수준과 직무성과의 관련성을 검토하였다. 이를 위해 2024년 4월 18일부터 5월10일까지 서울과 경기지역 사회복지 이용시설 사회복지사 209명을 대상으로 인터넷 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS 27.0을 활용하여 수집된 자료의 특성을 파악하고 상관관계 분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 창의성의 하위요인 중 ‘협력적 의사소통’, ‘통합적인지’, ‘업무 효율적 행동’이 전체 직무성과에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 직무성과의 4개 하위요인을 종속변수로하여 창의성의 영향력을 살펴본 결과 ‘변화지향적 동기’를 제외한 모든 변수들이 직무성과의 하위요인에따라 서로 다른 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 연구자들은 사회복지사에대한 창의성 교육 및 창의적 실천역량 향상이 필수적임을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Creativity is a representative competency required of social workers due to changes in the social environment. However, so far, few studies have directly dealt with creativity of social workers in Korea. Therefore, this study reviewed the relationship between the level of creativity and job performance of social workers. To this end, an Internet survey was conducted on 209 social workers at social welfare facilities in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province from April 18, 2024 to May 10, 2024. SPSS version 27.0 was used to identify characteristics of collected data. Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted. As a result of the analysis, it was found that among sub-factors of creativity, ‘cooperative communication’, ‘integrated cognition’, and ‘behavior of work efficiency’ had statistically significant effects on overall job performance. As a result of examining the influence of creativity using four sub-factors of job performance as dependent variables, it was confirmed that all variables except ‘change-oriented motivation’ had different effects depending on sub-factors of job performance. Based on results of this study, researchers suggest that creativity education and creative practice capabilities for social workers are essential.
