중소 수출 제조기업의 빅데이터 분석 역량이 공급망 회복탄력성과 공급망 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 기계/장비 산업을 중심으로

국문 초록

글로벌 시장의 경제 환경이 급변함에 따라 불확실성이 증가하여 재정 및 인적 자원뿐만 아니라 기술 혁신 또한 중요한 요소로 성장하고 있다. 특히 중소 수출 기계/장비 제조기업은 경쟁 우위 향상을 위해 글로벌 공급망을 구축하고 있어, 이러한 위험을 해결 할 방안으로 제조 및 입·출하 정보를 수집 및 분석하는 빅데이터 분석 역량이 제기된다. 따라서 본 연구는 중소 수출 기계/장비 제조기업의 공급망 형성에 있어 빅데이터 분석 역량이 물류 유연성 및 공급망 회복탄력성을 거쳐 공급망 성과에 미치는 영향 관 계를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 설문 대상은 한국무역협회, 중소벤처기업부, 스마트제조혁신협회, 중소기업기술정보진흥원에서 제공 하는 회원사 리스트를 중심으로 중소 수출 제조기업에 2024년도 01월 03일부터 동년도 03월 31일까지 대면, 이메일, 우편, FAX 등을 활용하여 배포하였다. 약 2,000부 이상을 배포하여 215부(10.8%)를 회수하였으며, 불성실한 설문 12부를 제거한 후 203부의 설문자료를 구축하였다. 수집된 설문지를 바탕으로 SPSS ver 28.0 및 확장 프로그램 확장 프로그램 Process Macro Ver 4.2를 활용 하여 분석을 진행하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 빅데이터 분석 역량은 공급망 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째. 빅데이터 분석 역량은 물류 유연성을 매개하여 공급망 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 빅데 이터 분석 역량은 공급망 회복탄력성을 매개하여 공급망 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 빅데이터 분석 역 량은 물류 유연성 및 공급망 회복탄력성을 이중 매개하여 공급망 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통하여 물 류 유연성과 공급망 회복탄력성 간의 관계를 실증하였으며, 중소 수출 제조기업의 빅데이터 분석 역량과 공급망 성과와의 관계에 서 물류 유연성과 공급망 회복탄력성의 이중 매개효과를 확인하였다.

영문 초록

As the economic environment of the global market is rapidly changing, uncertainty is increasing, and technological innovation, as well as financial and human resources, are becoming important factors. In particular, small and medium-sized export manufacturing companies are building global supply chains to improve their competitive advantage, and big data analytics capabilities to collect and analyze manufacturing and import/export information have been raised as a way to solve these risks. Therefore, this study analyzed the influence of big data analytics capabilities on supply chain performance through logistics flexibility and supply chain resilience in the supply chain formation of small and medium-sized export manufacturing firms. The survey was distributed to small and medium-sized export manufacturing companies from January 3, 2024, to March 31, 2024, through face-to-face, email, mail, and fax, focusing on the list of member companies provided by the Korea International Trade Association, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, the Smart Manufacturing Innovation Association, and the SME Technology Information Promotion Agency. More than 2,000 copies were distributed and 215 copies (21.5%) were collected, and 203 copies of the questionnaire were constructed after removing 12 non-response questionnaires. Based on the collected questionnaires, the analysis was conducted using SPSS Ver. 28.0 and the extension program Process Macro Ver. 4.2. The results of the empirical analysis of this study are as follows. First, big data analytics capabilities have a positive impact on supply chain performance. Second. big data analytics capabilities have a positive effect on supply chain performance through the mediation of logistics flexibility. Third, big data analytics capabilities have a positive effect on supply chain performance through the mediation of supply chain resilience. Fourth, big data analytics capabilities have a positive effect on supply chain performance through the dual media.
