국문 초록

코로나19와 같은 팬더믹, 미중간의 무역분쟁, 러시아-우크라이나 사태 등과 같은 대외적인 리스크 요인은 기업의 공급사슬에 예상치 못한 피해를 일으키고 있다. 이러한 환경하에서 기업은 공급사슬의 역량와 회복탄력성의 강화가 절실히 요구되고 있다. 공 급사슬역량 요인을 통한 공급사슬의 회복탄력성 강화는 기업의 성과 제고에 중요한 역할을 하게 된다. 본 연구는 이러한 인과관계 를 설문분석을 통해 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 선행연구를 통해 정보 시스템, 협업, 운영 능력, 전략적 대응 역량 등을 공급사슬 역량의 변수로 설정하였고, 회복탄력성은 유 연성과 민첩성으로 정의하였다. AMOS 28.0을 활용한 구조방정식 모형 분석을 통해 정보 시스템은 회복탄력성을 향상시키는 데 한계가 있으며, 협업과 운영 능력이 이를 높이는 데 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 공급사슬 역량이 고객 만족도에 간접적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 발견하여, 공급사슬 역량 강화가 회복탄력성을 통해 기업 성과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 기업들은 공급사슬역량 강화를 통해 리스크를 효과적으로 관리하면서 고객 만족도를 증대시키는 전략의 수립이 요구된다.

영문 초록

External risk factors such as pandemics such as COVID-19, the trade dispute between the US and China, and the Russia-Ukraine crisis are causing unexpected damage to companies’ supply chains. Under this environment, companies are in dire need of strengthening the capabilities and resilience of their supply chains. Strengthening the resilience of the supply chain through supply chain capability factors plays an important role in improving corporate performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze this causal relationship through survey analysis. Through prior studies, information systems, collaboration, operational capabilities, and strategic response capabilities were set as variables for supply chain capabilities, and resilience was defined as flexibility and agility. Through structural equation model analysis using AMOS 28.0, it was confirmed that information systems have limitations in improving resilience, and that collaboration and operational capabilities play an important role in improving this. In addition, it was found that supply chain capabilities have an indirect positive effect on customer satisfaction, showing that strengthening supply chain capabilities has a significant impact on corporate performance through resilience. Therefore, companies are required to establish strategies to effectively manage risks and increase customer satisfaction by strengthening supply chain capabilities.
