AI융합시대의 대학 전산회계교육, 무엇을 준비해야 하는가?

국문 초록

[연구목적] 본 연구는 4차 산업환경에서 ‘융합’ 및 ‘복합’이라고 하는 시대적 흐름과 요청의 이슈와 변화에 대응할 수 있도록 대학의 전산회계교육과정이 운영되고 있는지에 대한 진단과, 향후 고객지향적인 전산회계교육과정 운영 방안모색을 목적으로 하였다. [연구방법] 이에 선행연구를 바탕으로 5개의 사립대학 회계전공 및 회계학과의 교육과정 개설현황을 고찰을 바탕으로, 과연 융합시대에 부합한 교과목이 충분히 운영되고 있는지에 대한사례분석을 실시하였다. 더불어, 현장실무자를 대상으로 교육과정에 대한 의견을 진단하였다. [연구결과] 분석결과, 첫째, 최근 ‘윤리경영’이 이슈인 환경에서, ‘윤리’ 관련 교과목이 미비한 것으로 나타났다. 이에, 윤리적 소양을 갖춘 회계인 양성을 위한 윤리교과목 개설방안이 모색되어야 한다. 둘째, 각 대학의 교육과정에서는 아직은 융합적 교육과정을 기반으로 한 전산회계교육 프로그램을 찾기가 쉽지 않았다. 이에, 변화에 대응 가능한 융복합 교육과정 운영방안이 필요하다. 셋째, 일련의 방안모색을 위하여 지속적인 진단과 더불어, 회계학 고유의 전문성을 기반으로 한 융복합 전산회계 교육과정의 설계방안이 모색되어야 한다. [연구의 시사점] 일련의 분석결과는 지속가능한 대학운영을 위한 교육과정 운영관리와 시대에 부합한 윤리적 소양을 갖출 수 있는 전산회계교육의 활성화 방안의 일환으로써의 그 역할을기대한다.

영문 초록

[Purpose] This study started with a diagnosis of whether the accounting curriculum in universities is being operated to respond to a series of issues and changes based on the trend of the times and the issues of request, called ‘Convergence’ and ‘Complex’. Therefore, based on a series of diagnoses, the purpose of this study was to find a way for the university’s accounting curriculum to be operated as a market－ and customeroriented curriculum. [Methodolody] Therefore, based on previous studies, the current status of curriculum openings for accounting majors and accounting departments in five private universities was reviewed, and a case analysis was conducted to see if the courses appropriate for the era of convergence were sufficiently operated. In addition, opinions on the educational process were diagnosed for field workers. [Findings] As a result of the analysis, first, in an environment where ‘ethical management’ is an issue recently, it was found that ‘ethics’ related subjects were insufficient. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the establishment of ethics courses to foster accountants equipped with ethical knowledge. Second, it was not easy to find a convergence curriculum in each university’s curriculum. Therefore, each university should seek a more active plan to open an accounting curriculum that can respond to changes in the business environment. Third, it is necessary to search for a design plan for a convergence curriculum based on accounting’s unique expertise along with continuous diagnosis for a series of plans. [Implications] The series of analysis results are expected to play a role as part of a plan to revitalize computerized accounting education that can provide curriculum management for sustainable university operation and ethical knowledge appropriate for the times.
