China is the birthplace of world tea culture, the earliest country to manufacture and utilize tea, and the hometown of tea. During the Western Xia Dynasty, tea had entered the palace as a tribute and was deeply loved by the emperors. In the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, with the increase of people's demand, the production scale of tea continued to expand. In the Qin and Han Dynasties, especially in the Western Han Dynasty, Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty dispatched Zhang Qian to the Western Regions twice, opened up the Silk Road, and began to promote the political, economic and cultural exchanges between the Han Dynasty and the Western Regions and all parts of Central Asia. Caravans on the Silk Road brought rare animals, plants, leather goods, medicinal materials, spices, and jewelry from the West, and then shipped silk, tea, porcelain and other goods from China, which enriched the daily lives of people in various countries. It has promoted the cultural exchanges between China and the West, and promoted the level of world civilization. The awareness and status of tea in the Qin and Han Dynasties have also been improved accordingly. During the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, there was a tradition of drinking tea. Tea drinking was more widespread in the Sui Dynasty. In the Tang and Song Dynasties, the tea industry was prosperous, and tea poured into people's lives. Promoted the formation and development of tea culture, and the Ming Dynasty Maritime Silk Road further promoted the spread of tea and tea culture, making tea culture increasingly prosperous and widely spread to this day. Tea has been loved by many people till now. The spread and development of tea and tea culture on the Silk Road also had a profound impact on the countries and regions along the route. China's tea culture also directly or indirectly affected the tea culture in the regions along the route. Tea culture with its own characteristics, the contribution of the Silk Road to the spread and development of tea and tea culture is unquestionable. This is an indispensable and important part of the history of the spread and development of tea and tea culture. This is a precious legacy for later generations. historical and cultural wealth.
