국문 초록

ASD의 가장 핵심적인 진단 특성은 사회 의사소통 결함으로 이를 위해 국내외의 다양한 연구에서 사회 의사소통 중재를 진행해 왔다. 본 연구의 목적은 ASD 아동 및 청소년을 위한 사회 의사소통중재에 대한 국내외 문헌을 고찰하고 전반적인 연구동향과 사회 의사소통 중재의 특성 및 효과를 분석하여 향후 연구과제를 모색하는데 있다. 2013년부터 2023년까지 ASD 아동 및 청소년을 대상으로 사회 의사소통을 중재한 연구 중에 본 연구의 목적에 부합한 포함·제외조건에 따라 국내 14편, 국외 12편의 연구를 선정하여 심층적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 연구가 지속적으로 이루어지고 있고, 연구참여자는 학령전기, 5명 이하가 가장 많았으며 연구설계는 중다기초선설계를 주로 사용하였다. 중재특성 중 중재자는 교사, 중재환경은 학교 및 유치원, 중재회기 수는 11-15회기, 중재 방법은 매뉴얼 프로그램이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 지속적인 연구의 중요성과 효과가 입증된 중재접근의 개발 및 구축에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

One of the most core diagnostic characteristic of ASD is social communication deficits, and social communication interventions have been conducted in various domestic and international studies for this purpose. The purpose of this study is to review domestic and international literature on social communication interventions for children and adolescents with ASD and analyze the overall research trends and characteristics and effects of social communication interventions. Among the studies that mediated social communication for children and adolescents with ASD from 2013 to 2023, 14 domestic and 12 international studies were analyzed in according to the selection and exclusion criteria that met the purpose of this study. Most studies were conducted with fewer than five school aged children, and the research design mainly used a multiple baseline design. Among the intervention characteristics, the mediator was a teacher, the intervention environment was school and classroom, the number of sessions was 11 to 15, and the method was manualized programs. Through these results, the importance of continued research and the development and construction of evidence-based intervention programs were discussed.
