국문 초록

본 연구는 점포운영특성이 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 실증연구를 위하여 수도권에서 소규모점포를 운영하는 사업주들을 대상으로 설문조사를 하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 경영성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 변수는 서비스특성>입지특성 순으로나타났으며, 시설특성은 유의하지 않았다. 이는 서비스와 입지특성이 경영성과에 유의미한 영향을 준다는 것이다. 또한 운영만족에 영향을 주는 특성으로는 입지특성>시설 특성 순으로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 서비스특성은 유의하지 않았다. 서비스특성이 경영성과에는 크게 작용하는 반면 운영만족에는 부(-)의 방향을 보인 것은 경영성과를 높이기 위한 고객에 대한 친절도 및 배려 등은 오히려 업무부담으로 작용하는 것으로보인다. 이와 같은 결과는 소규모점포운영주들은 선택한 업종에 맞는 입지 선택과 함께 업종과 수익성에 맞는 시설투자를 해야 하며, 과도한 고객에 대한 서비스는 지양하는 것이장기적으로 경영성과를 상승시키고 운영만족도를 높일 수 있다고 하겠다.

영문 초록

This study conducted a survey of store operators and analyzed them using the SPS program. As a result of the analysis, the variables that had a significant effect on management performance were in the order of service characteristics >location characteristics, and facility characteristics were not significant. This means that service and location characteristics have a significant effect on management performance. In addition, the characteristics that affect operation satisfaction were found to affect in the order of location characteristics >facility characteristics, and service characteristics were not significant. It was found that location characteristics had a positive effect on both management performance and operation satisfaction. They should invest in facilities suitable for the industry and profitability, along with selecting a location suitable for the industry selected by small business owners, and avoiding services for excessive customers can improve the management performance of small business owners in the long run and increase operation satisfaction. This study expects that small business owners can be used as good data along with practical help to small business owners by presenting a methodology for business stabilization and managerial satisfaction.
