국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 산업 Atlas 모형을 활용하여 지역산업 구조의 내생적 성장성이 우수한 산업을 식별하여 지역성장을 위한 전략산업으로 선정하는 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 네트워크 분석은 지역경제의 새로운 성장경로를 모색할 수 있는 유용한 분석 틀로 인식되고 있다. 또한 지역의 산업 네트워크는 지역기업의 선호적 연결 메커니즘에 의해 산업구조가 차별적으로 특성화된 결과를 나타내는 결과물 중의 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 충청권 산업 네트워크를 구축하여 산업구조의 내생적 성장성 지표로서 네트워크 구조 특성인 비동류성 지표를 개방혁신성으로, 그리고 클러스터 계수를 산업강건성 지표로 설정하여 내생적 성장성이 우수한 품목군을 식별하여 충청권의 전략산업으로 선정하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 분석 결과, 충청권에는 28개의 혁신성장 주도품목으로 구성된 5대 선도산업이 선정되었다. 충청권 5대 선도산업은 허브산업을 구성하는 품목을 중심으로 기존 주력산업과의 새로운 네트워크 형성을 자극하게 되어 산업다각화를 유발하고, 산업구조의 강건성이 높아 기존산업을 구성하는 품목들과의 전후방 연관관계를 강화함으로써 기존 주력산업의 고부가가치화를 유발하게 된다. 결론적으로 지역에 입지한 기업들의 거래데이터는 지역 산업구조를 분석할 수 있는 관계형 데이터로 활용할 수 있다. 관계형 데이터를 기반으로 지역의 산업구조를 분석할 수 있는 네트워크 분석 모형인 지역산업 Atlas 모형구축이 가능하다. 기업 간 거래는 지속성이 있고 안정적이기 때문에 한 번 형성된 거래관계는 지속될 가능성이 커서 기업거래 데이터를 통해 산업구조의 전후방연관관계를 규명할 수 있다. 지역산업 Atlas 모형은 지역산업 클러스터의 성장구조를 정량적으로 분석함으로써 지역전략산업을 발굴하는 데 이바지할 수 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify industries with excellent endogenous growth potential of the local industrial structure using the Industrial Atlas model and suggest a method for selecting them as strategic industries for regional growth. Network analysis is recognized as a useful analysis framework that can explore new growth paths for the local economy. In addition, the regional industrial network is one of the results showing the differentiated characteristics of the industrial structure by the preferred connection mechanism of local enterprises. In this study, by establishing an industrial network in the Chungcheong region, as an indicator of the endogenous growth potential of the industrial structure, the non-homogeneous indicator, which is a characteristic of the network structure, was set as open innovation, and the cluster coefficient was set as an indicator of industrial robustness to identify items with excellent endogenous growth. We would like to suggest a plan for selecting a strategic industry in the Chungcheong region. As a result of the analysis, 5 leading industries consisting of 28 innovative growth-leading items were selected in the Chungcheong region. The five leading industries in the Chungcheong region stimulate the formation of a new network with the existing main industries, centering on the items that make up the hub industry, thereby inducing industrial diversification, and enhancing the robustness of the industrial structure, so that forward and backward links with the items constituting the existing industries. By strengthening the relationship, it will induce high added value of the existing main industries. In conclusion, the transaction data of individual companies located in the region can be used as relational data to analyze the regional industrial structure. It is possible to build a regional industry Atlas model, a network analysis model that can analyze the industrial structure of a region based on relational data. Since business-to-business transactions are durable and stable, it is highly probable that a transaction relationship once formed will continue. The regional industry Atlas model suggests that it can contribute to discovering regional strategic industries by quantitatively analyzing the growth structure of regional industrial clusters.
