국문 초록

주민이 주체가 되어 지역의 자원을 활용해 지역 문제를 해결하는 커뮤니티비즈니스는 사회 양극화 해소를 위한 주요 정책 사업으로 다양한 형태와 방법으로 추진되고 있다. 지역공동체의 특화자원을 활용하여 안정적인 소득 및 일자리를 창출하기 위하여 안전행정부에서 추진 중인 마을기업 육성사업이 대표적이다. 커뮤니티비즈니스는 비영리와 영리 모두를 추구하는 기업의 특성상 영리만을 추구하는 일반 기업에 비해 독자 생존이 어렵기 때문에 정부, 기업, 협력단체 등 문화와 제도적 배경이 다른 주체들의 상호 협력이 필수적이다. 따라서 본 연구는 협력적 거버넌스 이론을 바탕으로 마을기업 내부의 협력적 네트워크 구조 및 특성을 파악함으로써, 협력적 거버넌스 유형별로 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 2012년에 이어 2차로 선정되어진 광주광역시 마을기업 중 3개의 업체를 대상으로, 마을기업 내부 협력적 거버넌스 구조에 대해 사회연결망분석을 활용하여 연구하였다. 그 결과 남구주민회의 ‘마을카페 Doori'의 협력적 거버넌스 유형은 관리조직 협력적 거버넌스, ’주먹밥카페 오월 사업단'은 참여자 협력적 거버넌스, ‘자연그린영농조합법인'은 대표자 협력적 거버넌스 유형으로 분류되었다. 결론적으로 커뮤니티비즈니스의 지속적인 발전을 위해서는 협력적 거버넌스 유형별로 지원 및 관리가 달라져야 함을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Community business is intermediate domain between the profit-driven business and non-profit-driven volunteer activities. It prioritizes the community problem solving and has its roots on the community. Considering that community business strives for both profit and non-profit, it is very challenging to be independent. It needs cooperation from various cultural and normative entities such as the government, companies, and partner organizations. Nevertheless, the mutual collaboration relationship construction of community business is still stifling, and thus the growth of community business is hindered. Therefore, the study investigated the collaborative network structure and characteristics based on the collaborative governance theory, classified the community company’s collaborative governance types, and suggested management and administration methods according to collaborative governance type. Namgu community café 'Doori’ could be classified as management organization. Jayon green agricultural corporation is representative-centered collaborative governance type. Rice ball café 'May’ was managed by the community’s housewives. It could be classified as participant collaborative governance type. As a result the management tendencies and business structure affects the collaborative governance type and collaborative governance type will have to affect the management and administration methods. Government's support should be different according to community company type and collaborative governance type.
