국문 초록

2012년 대전세계요리사대회는 국내 식품산업의 선진국 진입을 위한 발판 마련에 기여하기에 충분하였다. 본 대회는 세계 최고 수준의 요리사와 관련 업계 오피니언 리더들이 참여하는 국제행사로서 한식 세계화를 위한 홍보기회로도 활용되었다. 동시에 대전지역경제 활성화를 위한 행사이자 국내식품산업의 중심도시로서 자리매김하는 계기로 활용되었다. 본 연구는 이러한 지역개최의 국제행사에 있어 관람객들이 느끼는 참여만족도를 서비스 품질 측면에서 분석하였다. 그 결과, 행사의 내적요인의 경우(0.294)와 외적요인의 경우(0.345) 모두 유의한 정적(+)인 영향을 보여 대체적으로 만족스러운 행사였음을 뒷받침해 주었다. 하지만 행사 홍보 및 편리성 요인(0.084)은 유의한 영향을 미치지는 않는 것으로 나타나 재방문의사에 미치는 영향(표준화계수 0.417)과는 상반된 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 동시에 본 행사의 서비스 품질은 행사의 내·외적 요인과 참여만족도에 커다란 영향을 주었고 이는 다시 재방문의사에도 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

2012 WACS Congress Daejeon contributed to laying the foundation for advance into one of the developed countries in the food industry. The international event in which the world's best chefs and opinion leaders in relevant businesses participated was used as an opportunity to globalize Korean foods. In addition, it was utilized as an event to facilitate the local economy in Daejeon, and served as an opportunity to place Daejoen into the central city of the domestic food industry. This study was intended to analyse the visitors' satisfaction with participation into the international event held by a local municipality in the aspect of service quality. The result indicated that internal factor (0.294) and external factor (0.345) showed positive effects, which means that the event generally satisfied visitors. But, event promotion and convenience factor (0.084) didn't give a significant effect, and thus brought out the opposite result from the its effect on revisit intention (standardized coefficient: 0.417). And, it was found that the service quality of the event greatly affected the internal and external factors of the event and satisfaction with participation into the event and influenced revisit intention.
