영문 초록

World War I, which took place in 1914-1918, was caused by conflicts in international relations. At the end of the war, the great powers tried to establish a new relationship of power, to defeat the instigators of the war, not to provoke another war, and to establish a new mechanism for solving international disputes, but because they were not optimal, major changes in international relations began to take place in the 30s of the XX century. The reason for this was that the newly emerging superpowers split into alliances and conflicts in order to redistribute the world and establish their own economic and political regimes in the regions in order to satisfy their own interests. At that time, Northeast Asia had become a hot spot. There were several factors that contributed to this. For example, this article discusses regional issues affecting the interests of Mongolia, Manchuria, Japan, and China, as well as the fate of the negotiations between Mongolia and Manchuria between 1935 and 1941.
