국문 초록

본 연구는 최근 심화되고 있는 디지털 트랜스포메이션의 맥락에서 신제품 출시를 통한 기업의 경쟁우위와 생존을 도모하기 위해 디지털 기술 역량이 아키텍처 혁신에 미치는 영향과 디지털 리더십 역량의 매개역할을 검증하였다. 국내 ICT & 통신 분야 및 제조업 중소기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하여 총 250개의 유효데이터를 확보하였고 위계적 회귀분석을 위해 Jamovi 2.3.26 응용프로그램을 활용하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과 디지털 기술 역량이 아키텍처 혁신에 정의 영향이 있었고 이 과정에서 디지털 리더십 역량의 부분매개효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구는 디지털 트랜스포메이션 맥락에서 기술과 러더십의 결합효과로 인한 아키텍처 혁신 연구의 이론적 확장에 기여한다. 또한 빠르고 광범위한 변화를 초래하는 디지털 시대에 기업의 기술적 역량도 중요하지만 리더십 역량을 통한 아키텍처 혁신을 수행함으로써 보다 효과적으로 디지털 트랜스포메이션을 구현할 수 있다는 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다

영문 초록

This study verified the impact of digital technology capabilities on architectural innovation and the mediating role of digital leadership capabilities in order to promote competitive advantage and survival of companies through new product launches in the context of recently intensifying digital transformation. A total of 250 valid data were obtained by conducting a survey of small and medium-sized domestic ICT & telecommunications and manufacturing companies, and the Jamovi 2.3.26 application was used for hierarchical regression analysis. As a result of this study's analysis, digital technology capabilities had a positive impact on architectural innovation, and the partial mediating effect of digital leadership capabilities was confirmed in this process. This study contributes to the theoretical expansion of architectural innovation research due to the combined effect of technology and leadership in the context of digital transformation. In addition, in the digital age that brings about rapid and widespread change, a company's technical capabilities are important, but it also presented practical implications that digital transformation can be implemented more effectively by performing architectural innovation through leadership capabilities.
