영유아교사의 창의인성교육에 대한 인식과 요구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 창의인성교육에 대한 영유아교사의 인식과 요구를 조사하고 분석하여 보다 의미있고 효과적인 유아 창의인성교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 수집하는데 있다. 창의인성교육에 대한 영유아교사의 인식과 요구 조사를 위해 문헌분석, 전문가 집단, 영유아교사 등의 협의를 통해 설문지를 개발한 후 2022년 8월 12일부터 25일까지 연구자료를 수집하였다. 개발된 설문지는 창의인성교육에 대한 인식과 요구의 2개 하위 영역으로 구분하여 총 25문항으로 구성하였다. 연구대상은 서울과 경기도 소재 어린이집에 재직 중인 영유아교사 385명이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였고, 요구분석을 위해 중요도와 실행도 차이 분석(IPA)을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 영유아교사들은 창의인성교육이 필요하다고 인식하고 있으나 관심정도는 상대적으로 낮았다. 또한, 인성교육의 내용, 방법, 교육자원 등에 대한 인식도 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영유아교사들의 창의인성교육 내용에 대해 중요도와 실행도 간에는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 상대적으로 창의성 관련 내용요소들이 집중적으로 요구되었다. 이러한 결과는 유아 창의인성교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to collect basic data for the development of a more meaningful and effective creative personality education program by investigating and analyzing the awareness and demands of preschool teachers. In order to investigate the awareness and demand of preschool teachers for creative personality education, a questionnaire was developed through literature analysis, expert groups, and consultations with early childhood teachers, and then research data were collected from August 12, to 25, 2022. The developed questionnaire consisted of a total of 25 questions divided into two sub-areas of awareness and demand for creative personality education. The subjects of the study were 385 teachers working in daycare centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. For the collected data, frequency and percentage were calculated using SPSS 25.0 statistical program, and Importance and Performance Analysis(IPA) were conducted for demand analysis. As a result of the study, first, teachers recognized the need for creative personality education, but the degree of interest was relatively low. In addition, it was found that there was a difference in the perception of the contents, methods, and educational resources of character education. Second, it was found that there was a difference between the importance and execution of the contents of creative personality education of preschool teachers. Relatively, creativity related content elements were intensively required. These results are expected to be used as basic data to reconsider the perception of early childhood teachers' creative personality education and to develop early childhood creative personality education programs.
