국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교육과 학생들이 2019 개정누리과정에서 강조하는 교사의 역할을 반영한 놀이지도 모의수업을 실행하고, 유아·놀이 중심 교육과정을 실천할 수 있는 역량을 함양하고자 한다. 연구참여자는 G시에 위치한 S대학교 유아교육과 블렌디드 수업 대상자 2학년 학생 14명으로 ‘놀이지도’ 과목을 수강한 학생들이다. 연구결과 누리과정에서 요구하는 교사의 역할에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 놀이지도 모의수업을 준비하는 과정에서 예비유아교사들의 경험은 기존 누리과정과 개정 누리과정 사이에서 갈등을 느꼈고, 유아가 되어 놀이에 참여한다는 것에 대한 신선함과 부담감이 존재하였으며, 발현적 교육과정을 통한 구성주의에서 지식 구성에 어려움을 느꼈다. 모의수업을 마치고 평가를 중심으로 한 연구결과 교사 역할을 한 학생은 놀이할 줄 모르는 친구들로 인해 수업 운영의 어려움을 토로하였다. 놀이가 배움이 되는 순간을 포착하여 보람을 느꼈지만 놀이가 확장되어야 한다는 강박관념을 버릴 수 없었다. 모의수업 경험은 놀이지원자로서 교사의 역할에 대한 이해와 고민을 통한 성장의 과정임을 알 수 있다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 모의수업에서 했던 활동을 유아교육기관에서 유아들에게 적용하여 유아교육과 학생들의 놀이와 차이가 무엇인지 탐색하여 보고, 놀이지도 모의수업뿐만 아니라 타 교과목에서도 누리과정을 적용하여 수업을 계획하고 실천해 볼 것을 제언하는 바이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is for the students of Dept. of Early Childhood Education to foster competence to implement the play and early childhood education mock class reflecting teacher’s role that is emphasized in the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum and to practice young children’s play-centered curriculum. The participants in this study were 14 sophomore students for blended learning in the Dept. of Early Childhood Education of S University located in G city. According to the study result, They felt conflict between the existing Nuri curriculum and the revised Nuri curriculum. They also felt burden as well as freshness on participation in play by being young children, and difficulties of knowledge construction in constructivism through emergent curriculum. Focused on evaluation, after finishing the mock class, the students who played teacher’s role revealed difficulties in class operation due to other students who did not know how to play. Although they felt rewarded by capturing the moment that play becomes learning, they had obsession that play should be expanded. It is found out that experience of mock class is a process of growth through understanding and agony on teacher’s role as a play supporter. ased on the findings in this study, the activities performed in the mock class can be applied to young children by early childhood education institutions so that the differences from the play of the Early Childhood Education students can be explored. In addition, this study proposes to apply the revised Nuri curriculum to other courses in addition to the play and early childhood education mock class and to plan and practice class.
