국문 초록

본 논문의 주 목적은 2030 세대가 구체적으로 어떤 차원에서 노화불안을 느끼고 있는지, 핵심적으로 노화불안을 경험하고 있는 주제는 무엇인지 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 살펴보기 위해 2030 세대가 주 사용자인 인스타그램 소셜미디어에서 ‘늙음’ 이란 해시태그 키워드가 달린 게시글 10,000개를 분석하였다. 단어 빈도수(Term Frequency: TF) 및 빈도 가중치 점수(Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency: TF-IDF)분석, LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation)토픽모델링, 의미연결망 분석을 통해 2030 세대의 노화불안감은 주로 정신적 영역, 신체적 영역, 직장 영역, 지인 영역, 가정 영역, 육아와 같은 총 6개 영역에서 나타나고 있었다. 2030 세대에게 가장 두드러진 노화불안은 정신적 영역으로 나타났다. 또한 중년 사회관계, 변화에 대한 두려움, 육아에 대한 근심이 핵심주제로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 2030 세대의 노화불안의 영역과 이를 완화할 수 있는 접근방식을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The primary objective of this paper is to explore how the generation of 2030 experiences aging anxiety and to identify the predominant themes through which they encounter it. The study collected 10,000 Instagram posts utilizing the hashtag “old”, as this social media platform is primarily used by the generation of 2030. For the analysis, we employed techniques such as Term Frequency (TF) and Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) analysis, LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation) topic modeling, and semantic network analysis. Results show that aging anxiety in the 2030 generation is primarily observed in six areas, namely the mental, physical, occupational, social, familial, and parenting domains. The most pronounced aging anxiety for the 2030 generation was identified in the mental domain. Furthermore, the 2030 generation commonly harbors concerns about midlife social relationships, the fear of facing changes, and apprehensions related to caregiving labor. Based on these research findings, we have outlined the experience of aging anxiety within the 2030 generation and provided strategies to alleviate it.
