국문 초록

본 연구는 어린이집 원장의 인성, 그릿, 전문성 간의 경로관계를 파악하여 어린이집 원장의 인성과 전문성 간의 관계에서 그릿의 매개효과를 살펴봄으로써 어린이집 원장의 전문성 증진을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구목적의 실현을 위하여 부산시 소재 어린이집에 재직 중인 원장 173명을 대상으로 인성, 그릿, 전문성의 정도를 측정하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어린이집 원장의 인성은 전문성에 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 어린이집 원장의 인성은 그릿에 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 어린이집 원장의 그릿은 전문성에 영향을 주었다. 넷째, 어린이집 원장의 그릿은 인성과 전문성 사이에서 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 이에 어린이집 원장의 전문성 증진을 위한 원장의 인성과 그릿을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study examined the mediating effect of grit in the relationship between personality and professionalism of child care center directors by identifying the path relationship among personality, grit, and professionalism of child care center directors. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to enhance the professionalism of child care center directors. In order to realize the purpose of the study, the degree of personality, grit, and professionalism was measured for 173 directors working at child care center in Busan. The results of the study are as follows. First, the personality of the child care center directors affected the professionalism. Second, the personality of the child care center directors affected grit. Third, the grit of the child care center directors affected the professionalism. Fourth, the grit of the child care center directors showed a partial mediating effect between personality and professionalism. Therefore, the personality and grit for the improvement of the professionalism of the child care center directors were discussed.
