영아교사의 놀이성과 놀이신념이 놀이실행역량에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 영아교사의 놀이성과 놀이신념이 놀이실행역량에 미치는 영향에 초점을 두고 이루어졌으며, 영아교사의 놀이신념과 놀이실행역량간의 관계에서 놀이성의 매개역할을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기 지역 어린이집에 재직 중인 영아반 교사 231명을 대상으로 설문지를 배부하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 통계분석의 방법은 pearson상관관계분석과 단계적 중다회귀분석, Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 매개효과 검증 절차에 따라 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영아교사의 놀이성과 놀이신념, 놀이실행역량 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 세 변인 간에는 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 영아교사의 놀이성과 놀이신념이 높을수록 놀이실행역량도 높았다. 둘째, 영아교사의 놀이성과 놀이신념이 놀이실행역량에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 영아교사의 놀이성과 놀이신념은 놀이실행역량을 예측하는 주요변인으로 나타났다. 놀이신념은 놀이성보다 놀이실행역량에 더욱 큰 영향을 주는 변인이었으며, 놀이성의 하위변인 중 쾌활성은 영아교사의 놀이실행역량에 큰 영향을 주는 변인으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 놀이성은 놀이신념과 놀이실행역량 간의 관계에서 부분적 매개 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of infant teachers playfulness and play beliefs on play execution competency and to provide basic data for strengthening infant teachers play execution competency. To this end, a questionnaires was distributed to 231 infant teachers working at daycare centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province and analyzed the collected data using SPSS 21.0. The statistical analysis method was analyzed according to Pearson correlation analysis, step-by-step multiple regression analysis, and Baron and Kenny's (1986) mediation effect verification procedure. The results of the study are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the correlation between infant teachers playfulness, play belief, and play execution competency, it was found that there was a statistically significant positive correlation between the three variables. The higher the playfulness and play belief infant teachers, the higher the play execution competency. Second, as a result of examining the effects of infant teachers playfulness and play belief on play execution competency, it was found that infant teachers playfulness and play belief were the main variables predicting play execution competency. Play belief is a variable that has a greater influence on play execution competency than playfulness, and among the sub-variables of playfulness, pleasure has a greater influence on play execution competency of infant teachers. Third, it was confirmed that playfulness plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between play beliefs and play execution competency.
