학교체육시설 활용을 통한 장애인 생활체육 활성화에 관한 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 장애인의 생활체육 참여를 촉진하기 위해서 학교체육시설을 활용하는 방안을 제안하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 위해서 학교 관리자를 연구 대상자로 선정하였다. 그리고 외부 장애인의 학교체육시설 이용가능성에 대해 조사를 실시하였다. 학교체육시설 개방 또는이용과 연관이 있는 문헌, 사례, 인터넷 검색 등을 통해 자료를 수집하고 수집된 자료를 영역별로분석하고 이를 토대로 면담 내용을 반구조화된 질문지로 구성하여 학교체육시설 개방 현황 및 개선 방안과 관련하여 연구 참여자들의 의견을 수렴하였다. 그 결과 학교체육시설 활용을 통한 장애인 생활체육 활성화 방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 학교별 특수성을 고려한 자체적인 이용수칙과 매뉴얼을 확립한다. 둘째, 학교체육시설 이용자의 사용료를 현실화한다. 셋째, 주최자배상책임보험에 가입하여 개방에 따른 안전사고 책임의 주체를 학교가 아닌 사업을 담당하는 지자체로명시한다. 이 연구는 학교체육시설을 활용한 장애인 생활체육 활성화를 위한 요인을 탐색하고 도출하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to propose a plan to use school sports facilities to promote the participation of the disabled in sports for all. For the purpose of this study, school administrators were selected as subjects for the study. In addition, a survey was conducted on the availability of school sports facilities for the outside disabled. Data was collected through literature, cases, and Internet searches related to the opening or use of school sports facilities, and the collected data was analyzed by area, and based on this, the interview contents were organized into semi-structured questionnaires to collect opinions from research participants on the current status of opening school sports facilities and ways to improve them. As a result, the following measures were proposed to revitalize daily sports for the disabled through the use of school sports facilities. First, it establishes its own rules and manuals that take into account the specificity of each school. Second, it realizes the user fees of school sports facility users. Third, by subscribing to the organizer's liability insurance, the subject of responsibility for opening is specified as the local government in charge of the project, not the school. This study is meaningful in that it explored and derived factors for revitalizing daily sports for the disabled using school sports facilities
