수중놀이 프로그램 참여에 따른 자폐성 장애아동의 사회성 발달에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 사회성 증진을 위해 개발된 물놀이 프로그램이 자폐 발달, 인간관계, 행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 사회적으로 결함이 있는 자폐아동 3명이었다. 본 연구에 사용된 수중놀이 프로그램은 Huey의 수중 치료 운동(Arthritis Water Therapy Workout)을 바탕으로 30분간 진행하였다. 수중놀이 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 두 연구자가 각 아동의 다양한 운동 현상, 개별적인 행동변화, 그리고 어린이들 사이의 상호작용의 변화를 직접 관찰하고, E-CLAC를 사용하여 사회성 발달을 평가하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 수중 놀이는 전문가들의 주어진규칙을 따르도록 격려하는 데 효과적이었다. 다른 아이들에게도 소홀함 없이 관심을 가지게 되었고, 하고 싶은 일이나 무엇을 표현해 달라고 요청하면 눈을 마주치게 되었다. 둘째, 수중 놀이는 자폐성 장애아동이 성인 및 또래와 더 잘 놀 수 있도록 하고, 이용할 수 있는 놀이 유형을 확장하는 데기여하였다. 특히, 동료에게 더욱 관심을 갖게 되고, 놀이에 상호 작용하게 되었다. 셋째, 수중 놀이는 부모, 형제자매, 다른 성인 및 다른 자녀들과의 인간관계를 강화하는데 도움이 되었다. 넷째, 수중 놀이는 지시를 따르는 자폐성 장애아동의 태도, 자발성, 주의력, 자발성, 자발성 모방과 수업 모방을 발달시키는 효과가 있었다. 이번 연구에서 사회발전 측정방법은 관찰방법에 의해 이루어졌기때문에 관찰자의 편견이 개입될 여지가 있다. 따라서 이러한 오차를 최소화하기 위해서는 관련 분야 전문가 및 다양한 전문가가 필요하고 관찰자가 자녀의 사회성 척도를 완성하고 평균값을 이용해데이터를 분석해 최대한의 신뢰성을 확보하는 것인 만큼 많은 관찰자도 필요로 한다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to investigate the effect of water play programs developed to promote sociality on autism development, human relationships, and behavior. The subjects of the study were three socially flawed autistic children. The underwater exercise program used in this study was prepared and performed according to Appendix 3 as Huey's arthritis water treatment workout. The experiment was designed into a small group of three selected children, teachers, and assistants and played in the water for about 30 minutes, and the reliability between the two observers was divided into large numerical observation records and multiplied by 100, and converted into a percentage (%) so that the reliability of the observer was 80% or more. The autism behavior checklist consists of a total of 57 questions in five sub-areas of sensory, human relations, body/thing, language, and social/self-help, DSM-IV mental disease is classified into 16 major diagnosis groups and one additional item, “Clinical Conditions of Interest”, and DSM-IV mental disease is classified into 16 major diagnosis groups and one additional item, “Clinical Conditions of Interest”, and researchers and two observers observed the subject's 10 minutes of warm-up exercise, 30 minutes of main exercise, 5 minutes of cleaning exercise, various movement phenomena of each child, and individual behavioral changes. In addition, E-CLAC(Ehwa-Automatic Children's Behavior's Development Assessment Tool) was used to directly observe changes in interactions between children and evaluate areas that affect social development. Second, playing in the water helped autistic people play better with adults and their peers and expanded the types of play they could use. In particular, they became more interested in their colleagues and became interactive in theater. Third, playing in the water helped strengthen relationships with parents, siblings, other adults and other children. Fourth, playing in the water had the effect of developing attitude, spontaneity, attention, voluntary imitation and educational imitation of autistic people who followed instructions. Therefore, to minimize these errors, experts and various experts in related fields are needed, and many observers are also needed as observers complete their children's social scale and analyze the data using average values to ensure maximum reliability.
