국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생들의 대학 내 성적 괴롭힘에 대해 성적 괴롭힘의 경험, 종류, 가해 대상, 대처방식 등의 인식을 알아보고 인식 개선을 위한 교육적 프로그램을 개발하기 위함이다. 연구 결과 많은 학생들이 다양한 방식의 성 불평등의 경험뿐 아니라 성적 괴롭힘의 경험들이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 예방적 차원에서 대학 내 다양한 방식의 예방교육은 대학생들의 성인식 개선과 구체적 대응에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 양성평등을 기반으로한 폭력예방 교육이 체계적이고도 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이며 다양한 매뉴얼을 만들어 학생들에게 실질적으로 도움이 될 수 있도록 대학 차원에서의 지원이 필요할 것이다. 또한 데이트 폭력을 예방하고 이성 교제 시 필요한 갈등 해결 교육 프로그램을 통해 서로를 존중하고 배려할 수 있는 건강한 이성교제를 이루어 나갈 수 있을 것이다. 일상속에서 학생들이 양성 평등적 관점의 비판적 의식을 가질 수 있도록 미디어 분석 전반에 대한 비판적 성찰을 가질 수 있는 교육이 필요하다. 이러한 교육을 위해 학습자 중심의 참여교육, 일상생활의 문제의식 중심의 미디어 교육 등의 교수 방법의 다양화를 통한 교육이 개발될 필요가 있다. 이러한 다양한 교육적 프로그램을 통해 학생들에게 올바른 성인식 및 개선에 효과가 있을 것으로 보여지며 이는 대학 내에 건강한 캠퍼스 문화가 자리 잡을 수 있도록 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to fi nd out the perception of college students' experiences of sexual harassment, types, victims, and countermeasures against sexual harassment in college, and to develop an educational program to improve awareness. As a result of the study, it was found that many students had experiences of sexual harassment as well as experiences of gender inequality in various ways. In this preventive dimension, preventive education in various ways within universities will be of great help in improving college students' gender recognition and concrete responses. Therefore, violence prevention education based on gender equality should be systematically and continuously carried out, and support at the university level would be needed to make various manuals that are of practical help to students. In addition, it will be possible to achieve healthy heterosexual relationships that can respect and care for each other through confl ict resolution education programs that prevent dating violence and are necessary for dating. In everyday life, it is necessary to educate students to critically refl ect on the overall media analysis so that they can have a critical consciousness from a gender equality perspective. For this education, it is necessary to develop education through diversifi cation of teaching methods, such as learner-centered participatory education and media education centered on critical awareness of daily life. Through these various educational programs, it is expected to have an effect on correct gender recognition and improvement for students, and this is expected to contribute to establishing a healthy campus culture within the university.
