특수교사의 교육연극 활용 수업역량 강화 프로그램 개발

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 교육연극 활용에 필요한 역량을 이해하고, 특수교사가 교육 현장에서 교육연극을 활용한 수업을 실행할 수 있는 수업역량을 강화하기 위한 교사 교육프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 일반적인 교수체제설계 ADDIE의 기본과정에 기초를 두고 프로그램을 개발하였다. 분석(Analysis) 단계에서는 선행연구 및 문헌 고찰을 통해 국어과 중심 교육연극 활용 수업역량의 요소를 도출하였다. 더불어 현직 교사의 요구도를 반영하기 위해 프로그램 현재 재직 중인 특수교사 6명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 진행하였고, 이후 109명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 프로그램 개발을 위한 근거를 마련하였다. 설계(Design) 단계에서는 문헌조사에서 도출한 내용과 요구조사를 통해 살펴본 특수교사의 요구를 반영하여 이론적 근거를 토대로 프로그램의 교육 목적 및 목표를 정확히 구현하였다. 개발(Development) 단계에서는 교수학습 방법, 교육내용, 교육평가, 운영 방법을 선정하고 구성하여 프로그램 초안을 도출하였다. 구성된 프로그램 초안은 전문가 10인의 내용타당도 검토를 통해 2번의 수정, 보완단계를 거쳐 최종 프로그램을 완성하였다. 실행(Implementation) 단계에서는 전문가들에게 검증받은 회기별 프로그램을 현재 학교에서 근무하는 특수교사 5명을 대상으로 15회기, 30시간의 프로그램을 적용하였다. 평가(Evaluation) 단계에서는 프로그램 시행 후 나타난 변화와 프로그램 회기별 평가자료를 분석하여 프로그램의 효과를 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 단순히 교육연극을 경험하는 것에 그치지 않고 특수교육 교육과정 국어과 성취기준에 기초하여 특수교사가 교육연극 지식, 교육연극 기술, 교육연극 태도 역량에 대한 올바른 이해를 바탕으로 국어과를 중심으로 특수교사의 수업역량을 종합적으로 강화할 수 있는 프로그램 모델을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to development a program for enhancing special teachers’ competency to use educational drama in Korean Language class; the design is based on basic processes including analysis, design, development, execution, and evaluation of the ADDIE model. In the analysis phase, factors of competency to use educational drama in Korean Language class were derived through a review of previous studies and literature; accordingly, the educational purpose and goal of the program were established. In addition, in order to reflect the needs of incumbent teachers, in-depth interviews were conducted with six incumbent special education teachers; this was then followed by a questionnaire survey of 109 incumbent special education teachers. By reflecting the needs of special education teachers collected through in the design phase, the educational purpose and goal of a program for enhancing competency to utilize educational drama in Korean Language class was clearly implemented based on the theoretical basis. In the development phase, the contents of education, teaching and learning methods, educational evaluation, and operation methods were decided; from this, a program plan was derived. The program plan was revised and supplemented twice through content validity review by 10 experts; based on this, a program plan for each two types of session number was developed. In the implementation phase, based on the program plan for each session numbers, programs of 15 sessions with 30 hours were administered for five special education teachers currently working for schools. In the evaluation phase, along with the changes that occurred after the implementation of the program plan, the self-evaluation was conducted during the process. This study confirmed the necessity of Korean Language classes using educational drama in the field of special education. Furthermore, based on this, this study presented a program model to comprehensively enhance the teaching competency of special education teachers.
