국문 초록

이 연구는 다양한 학업적 어려움을 지닌 위험군 학생 지원을 위한 특수교육의 역할, 특수교육과 일반교육과의 협력 방안, 그리고 이를 위해 필요한 구체적인 지원의 방향성을 다양한 주체의 견해를 바탕으로 종합적으로 고찰하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 특수교사, 일반교사, 초등학교 교장, 교감, 장학사 등 총 11명이 반구조화 질문을 이용한 면담을 통해 연구에 참여하였다. 연구결과 3개의 대주제와 각 대주제별로 2개, 3개, 3개씩 중분류가 도출되었고, 25개의 의미 단위가 추출되었다. 그 밖에 의미 있다고 생각된 기타 의견은 추가로 제시하였다. 연구진이 제시한 3가지 제도적 대안에 대하여 각 주체별로 제시한 장단점에 대한 의견을 토대로 결과를 정리하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 다양한 학업적 어려움을 지닌 위험군 학생을 위한 시사점과 방향성을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study examines the role of special education in supporting at-risk students with various academic difficulties, plans to cooperate with special education and general education, and the direction of specific support required for this by various subjects (general teachers, special teachers, managers, and administrators). The purpose of this study is to consider a detailed direction of supports that are comprehensively based on the opinions of various actors. To this end, a total of 11 people; including special teachers, general teachers, elementary school principals, vice principals, and administrators; participated in this study via interviews that used semi-structured questions. As a result of this study, three major themes and eight subcategories were derived for each major topic, and 25 semantic units were extracted. Other opinions that were considered meaningful were additionally presented as well. The results were summarized based on the opinions on the strengths and weaknesses presented by each subject for the three institutional alternatives presented. Based on these research results, implications and directions from the administrative and institutional aspects related to the establishment of a system for at-risk students with various academic difficulties were discussed.
