영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate causal relationship among caring climate, burnout and exercise passion of university Taekwondo athletes. For this purpose, a sample of 300 drawn out of the university Taekwondo athletes from NAVER platform. Data acquired from 24 university Taekwondo athletes were excluded due to inconsistency in their responses. Therefore, the data of 276 people was used for a final analysis. For the collected data, descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation analysis were performed using jamovi 1.1 and AMOS 23.0 programs. The following results. First, the caring climate has a negative(-) effect on burnout. second, the caring climate has a positive(+) effect on harmonious passion. Third, the caring climate has a positive(+) effect on obsessive passion. Fourth, the burnout has a no effect on harmonious passion. Fifth, the caring climate has a positive(+) effect on obsessive passion.
