국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 호텔 조리팀에서 동료공감, 신뢰, 팀 몰입 및 팀 협력행동의 관계를 알아보는 것이다. 이에 선행연구로부터 이론적 정립을 시도하고 연구가설을 제시하여 연구모형을 도출하였다. 연구가설을 검증하기 위해 서울 및 수도권 소재 5성급 호텔 조리종사자를 대상으로 설문지를 배포하였다. 최종적으로 275부의 가설검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 가설검증을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 호텔 조리팀 동료에 대한 공감은 인지적 신뢰와 정서적 신뢰에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인지적 신뢰와 정서적 신뢰는 팀 몰입에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인지적 신뢰와 정서적 신뢰는 팀 협력행동에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 팀 몰입은 팀 협력행동에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 인지적 신뢰와 정서적 신뢰, 팀 몰입은 공감과 팀 협력행동의 관계에서 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 호텔 조리팀조직에서 효율적인 인력관리의 방향으로 의의를 가질 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study aims to find out the relationship between peer empathy, trust, team commitment, and team cooperation behavior in the hotel cooking team. After that, the theoretical establishment was attempted from previous studies, research hypotheses were presented, and research models were derived. In order to verify the research hypothesis, a questionnaire was distributed to cooking workers at five-star hotels in Seoul and the metropolitan area. Finally, 275 parts of hypothesis verification were conducted. The hypothesis test results of this study show the findings as follows: Firstly, empathy for colleagues in the hotel cooking team has a positive and significant effect on cognitive and emotional trust. Second, cognitive and emotional trust positively and significantly influences team commitment. Third, cognitive and emotional trust positively and significantly affects team cooperation behavior. Lastly, team commitment has a positive and significant effect on team cooperation behavior. This study provides academic contributions to hospitality scholars and practical suggestions for hotel management.
