잠재프로파일분석을 활용한 청소년의 진로적응력의 유형 분류 및 사회적지지 영향요인 검증

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 진로적응력의 잠재프로파일 유형과 사회적지지인 양육태도, 친구관계, 교사관계의 영향력을 확인하는 것이다. 연구 대상자는 한국청소년정책연구원에서 실시한 「한국아동·청소년패널조사 2018 (KCYPS 2018)」에서 중1코호트의 제4차 조사(2021년)에 해당하는 고등학생 1학년 응답자 2,265명을 최종 연구 대상자로 선정하였다. 진로적응력의 잠재프로파일 분류와 예측 변인들의 영향력을 확인하기 위해서 SPSS 26.0과 JAMOVI 2.2.5를 활용하여 잠재프로파일분석과 다항로지스틱회귀분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과에서는 ‘진로적응 매우미흡집단’, ‘진로적응 미흡집단’, ‘진로적응 보통집단’, ‘진로적응 우수집단’ 총 4개의 잠재프로파일 집단으로 분류되었다. 또한, 양육태도와 교사관계는 모두 잠재프로파일 분류에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, 친구관계는 잠재프로파일 분류에 유의한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후, 청소년들의 진로적응력을 강화할 수 있는 교육제도 수립 및 프로그램 개발에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the latent profile types of career adaptability of adolescents, and to confirm the influence of social support such as parenting attitude, friend relationship, and teacher relationship on career adaptability. In the 4th survey (2021) of a cohort of first-year middle school students in the 「Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey 2018 (KCYPS 2018)」 conducted by the National Youth Policy Institute, 2,265 first-year high school students were selected as study subjects. Latent profile analysis and multinomial logistic regression analysis were performed using SPSS 26.0 and JAMOVI 2.2.5 to confirm the classification of latent profiles of career adaptability and the influence of predictive variables. As a result of the study, a total of 4 latent profile groups were classified. Parenting attitude and teacher relationship both appeared to have a significant effect on latent profile classification. However, it was confirmed that friendship did not have a significant effect on latent profile classification. The results of this study will be helpful in establishing an educational system and developing programs that can strengthen the career adaptability of adolescents in the future.
