아동기 애착외상이 부모역할만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 아동기 애착외상을 경험한 부모를 대상으로 아동기 애착외상이 부모역할만족도에 미치는 영향에 대한 복합 PTSD 증상의 매개효과를 검증하는 것에 있다. 이를 위해 만 18세 이전 아동기 애착외상을 경험하고 현재 자녀를 양육하고 있는 부모를 대상으로아동기 외상 질문지, 복합외상 질문지, 부모역할만족도로 구성된 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 21.0 프로그램을 이용해 빈도분석 및 평균, 표준편차, Pearson의 상관관계분석, 위계적 중다회귀분석, 단순회귀분석 및 중다회귀분석을 진행하였다. 주요 결과를살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모의 아동기 애착외상의 특성을 살펴보면 애착외상의 행위자는 부모인 경우가 가장 많았고 애착외상 시기는 주로 학령기부터 청소년기(만 7∼18세 미만) 로 나타났으며 애착외상의 종류는 2가지 이상의 복합적 형태가 많았다. 복합 PTSD 증상은 증상이 있는 수준(symptomatic)이 24.59%, 의미있는 상태 수준(clinically significant)이 2.46% 로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모역할만족도에 대한 아동기 애착외상과 복합 PTSD 증상의 상대적 영향력을 살펴본 결과 2단계에서 복합 PTSD 증상만이 유의한 영향력을 나타냈다. 셋째, 복합PTSD 증상은 아동기 애착외상과 부모역할만족도 사이에서 완전매개효과를 나타냈다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of complex PTSD symptoms on the effect of childhood attachment trauma on parental role satisfaction in parents who have experienced childhood attachment trauma. To this end, a survey of parents who experienced childhood attachment trauma before the age of 18 and are currently raising their children was conducted consisting of childhood trauma questionnaires, complex trauma questionnaires, and parental role satisfaction. The SPSS Win 21.0 program was used to conduct frequency analysis, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation analysis, hierarchical multiple regression analysis, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The main results are as follows. First, when looking at the characteristics of parents' attachment trauma in childhood, parents were the most likely actors of attachment trauma, and the period of attachment trauma was mainly from school age to adolescence (under 7-18 years old), and there were two or more complex forms of attachment trauma. Complex PTSD symptoms showed a symptomatic level of 24.59% and a clinically significant level of 2.46%. Second, we examined the relative influence of childhood attachment trauma and complex PTSD symptoms on parental role satisfaction, and found that only compound PTSD symptoms showed a significant effect in stage 2. Third, complex PTSD symptoms showed a complete mediating effect between childhood attachment trauma and parental role satisfaction.
