청소년의 유데모니아에 미치는 예측변인 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 한국청소년정책연구원에서 2019년 수행한 「청소년이 행복한 지역사회 지표조사」의 고등학교 청소년 응답자 3,110명을 연구의 대상자로 선정하였다. 청소년의 권리보장, 대인관계 만족도, 정서상태 및 유데모니아 간의 종합적인 영향관계 탐색과 정서상태의 매개효과 확인을 위하여 SPSS 26.0, Lisrel 8.80 및 Stata 16.0을 활용하여 기술통계, 상관관계 분석 및 구조방정식 분석을 수행하였다. 정서상태 매개변인의 영향력 및 유의성 확인과 관련하여 부트스트래핑을 통하여 검증과 수치를 확인하였다. 세부적인 연구결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 청소년의 권리보장은 정서상태에 유의한 정적인 영향을 주며, 유데모니아에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대인관계 만족도는 정서상태에 유의한 정적인 영향을 주며, 유데모니아에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 정서상태는 유데모니아에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 드러났다. 넷째, 권리보장은 정서상태를 부분매개로 하여 유데모니아에 정적 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었고, 대인관계 만족도는 정서상태를 부분매개로 하여 유데모니아에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 향후에 청소년의 유데모니아 또는 행복감 강화를 위한 교육정책 수립 및 지원 프로그램 마련에 기초 근거가 될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

In this study, 3,110 high school adolescent respondents from the 「Youth Happiness Community's Index」 conducted by the Korea Youth Policy Institute in 2019 were selected as study subjects. The purpose of this study is to explore the comprehensive influencing relationship among adolescents' right guarantee, interpersonal satisfaction, emotional state, and Eudemonia, and to confirm the mediating effect of emotional state. SPSS 26.0, Lisrel 8.80 and Stata 16.0 were used for descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis. Bootstrapping was used to confirm the influence and significance of the mediating variables of emotional state. First, the guarantee of youth's rights had a significant positive effect on emotional state and had a positive effect on Eudemonia. Second, it was confirmed that interpersonal satisfaction had a significant positive effect on emotional state and had a positive effect on Eudemonia. Third, emotional state had a positive effect on Eudemonia. Fourth, guarantee of rights had a positive effect on Eudemonia through emotional state as a partial mediating effect, and interpersonal relationship satisfaction had a positive effect on Eudemonia through emotional state as a partial mediating effect. The results of this study will be able to serve as a basis for the establishment of educational policies and support programs to strengthen youth's Eudemonia or happiness in the future.
