중소기업의 기업가정신, 조직역량, 기술혁신 성과와의 관계 및 환경불확실성의 조절효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 중소기업의 성공적인 기술혁신 성과를 위해 중소기업에서 필요한 주요 내부역량을 도출하고 이러한 조직역량이 기업가정신과 기술혁신과는 어떤 관계가 있는지 규명하고자 한다. 경영환경의 불확실성은중소기업이 기술혁신과 관련하여 의사결정을 할 때 영향을 미치는 중요한 환경적인 상황요인이다. 이에 기업가정신과 조직역량 간 관계에 대한 환경불확실성의 역할을 분석하려는 목적을 가지고 있다. 구체적으로는선행연구를 통해 혁신을 위해 조직에서 필요한 역량을 도출하고, 이 조직역량(기술역량, 시장역량 및 운영역량)이 기업가정신과 기술혁신과는 어떤 관계가 있는지를 살펴본다. 또한 이들 관계를 보다 면밀히 확인하고자환경불확실성을 조절변수로 도입하여 분석하였다. 가설검정을 위해 대구·경북 주요 전략산업에 속하는 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 수집된 504개 자료 중 326개 기업의 자료를 실증분석에 활용하였다. 회귀분석을 통해 가설을 검정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업가정신은 기술역량, 시장역량, 운영역량과 긍정적인 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기술역량, 시장역량, 운영역량은 기술혁신과 긍정적인 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 환경불확실성은 기업가정신과 기술역량, 시장역량 간 관계를 긍정적으로 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 기업과 정신과 운영역량 간 관계에서는 긍정적으로 조절역할을 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다본 연구의 결론에서는 분석 결과를 요약하고 시사점을 및 연구의 한계점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to derive the major internal capabilities necessary for SMEs for successful technological innovation performance and how these organizational capabilities relate to entrepreneurship and technological innovation. Uncertainty in the business environment is an essential situational factor when SMEs make decisions related to technological innovation. Hence, this study focuses on analyzing environmental uncertainty's role in the relationship between entrepreneurship and organizational competency. For hypotheses test, 362 out of 504 data collected from companies located in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do are used for empirical analysis. The result tested by regression analysis is as follows. As a result of the analysis, it is found that entrepreneurship has a positive relationship with technological, market, and operational capabilities. Second, technology, market, and operational capabilities have a positive relationship with technological innovation. Third, environmental uncertainty positively moderates the relationship between entrepreneurship and technological capabilities, market capabilities. However, environmental uncertainty does not moderate the relationship between entrepreneurship and operational capabilities. Finally, the summary of the study's analysis results, implications, and limitations are included in the conclusion.
