한려해상국립공원 조간대의 절지동물(등각류) 군집 연구

국문 초록

한려해상국립공원 내의 주요 해역 조간대에 서식하는 등각류의 종류상과 분포상을 밝히고 환경과 관련된 군집구조의 변동양상을 파악하기 위해 2019년 7월부터 2020년 9월까지 총4회에 걸쳐 20개의 정점에 대한 조사를 수행하였다. 조사결과, 등각류의 출현종은 1목 13과에 속하는 50종, 출현종들의 평균서식밀도는 62.77개체/㎡로 각각 확인되었다. 전체 조사정점에 대한 우점종은 납작잔벌레, 아우점종은 갯강구로 각각 확인되었고, 환경부 지정 멸종위기야생생물은 출현하지 않았으나 고유종 3종과 국외반출승인대상종 2종이 확인되었다. 한려해상국립공원의 조간대에 분포하는 등각류 군집의 생태지수는, 우점도 0.23, 다양도지수 2.69, 종풍부도 11.84인 것으로 각각 나타났다. 각 조사정점의 등각류 출현종과 이들의 생물량(개체밀도) 분포를 바탕으로 정점들 사이의 유사도에 관한 집괴분석을 실시한 결과, 각 정점들은 저질의 성격에 따라 니질이 우세한 내만의 연성저질 정점군과 외만의 경성, 또는 혼성저질 정점군의 2개 군으로 뚜렷하게 구분되었으며, 첫 번째 군은 기질의 성격에 따라 다시 두개의 아군으로 나뉘었고, 두 번째 군 또한 지리적 위치에 따라 다시 두개의 아군으로 나뉘었다.

영문 초록

In this study, we conducted a survey of the intertidal zones at 20 study stations in Hallyeohaesang National Park, Korea to investigate isopod communities related to habitats from July, 2019 to September, 2020. As a result of the study, 50 isopod species of 13 families belonging an order were identified. There was no species of the endangered wild animal. As the legally protected species, three endemic species and two export restricted species were included. The mean value of the density of isopod individuals for a total of 20 stations was estimated as 62.78 ind./㎡. Dominant and subdominant species in the study areas were Chitonosphaera lata and Ligia exotica, respectively. Based on the number of the species occurred and the density of individuals for each species in the isopod community, the dominance, diversity, and richness indices were caculated as 0.23, 2.69, and 11.84, respectively. As a result of the cluster analysis based on isopod communities at each 20 stations, the study stations divided into two groups according to their geographical locations and characteristics of the substrates: the first group (I) was the stations assembled by having soft substrate with dominant mud in basin sea area; the second group (II) was those assembled by having hard substrate or mixture of soft and hard substrates in outer sea. Each of these two groups was divided again into two subgroups of stations according to their geographical locations and characteristics of the substrates.
