산사태 취약지역 정밀점검표 개발

국문 초록

산사태 취약지역은 산사태 발생 우려가 있는 지역을 선제적으로 조사하여 산사태를 예방하기 위한대책으로 2012년부터 산사태 우려지역 실태조사를 통해 취약지역을 지정하여 관리하고 있다. 산사태취약지역으로 지정된 산지는 연 2회 이상 현지점검이 실시하도록 규정하고 있어, 효과적인 관리를 위해합리적인 점검기준이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 산사태취약지역의 점검 및 조사를 위한 정밀점검표를개발하기 위해 점검표의 주요항목과 가중치를 산정하였으며, 산사태취약지역에 정밀점검표를 적용하여유효성을 확인하였다. 분석결과, 점검유형은 토사사면, 암반사면 및 토석류 점검표로 구분되었으며, 점검항목에서는 동적취약성의 중요도가 높게 나타났다. 유형별 점검표를 산사태취약지역에 적용한 결과, A, B, C등급의 배점기준을 유형별로 구분하여 적용하는 것이 취약지역 관리에 합리적일 것으로판단된다.

영문 초록

Since 2012, a comprehensive investigation has been conducted to identify areas prone to landslides, with the objective of implementing preventive measures to mitigate the risk. To ensure effective monitoring, field inspections should be conducted at least twice a year in the designated landslide-prone areas. This study aimed to develop an inspection checklist for field assessments in landslide-prone areas by determining the key indicators and their respective weightings in terms of landslide risk. The effectiveness of the detailed inspection checklist was verified by applying it to landslide-prone areas. The analysis showed that the most useful way to categorize landslides was into three main types: soil slopes, rock slopes, and debris flows. The inspection items showed a high weightage towards dynamic vulnerability. The application of inspection checklists to landslide-prone areas suggests that implementing class-based criteria (Classes A, B, C) is a rational approach for the management of these landslide-prone areas.
