국문 초록

건설 프로젝트를 수행함에 있어 가치공학(VE)의 적용은 프로젝트의 불필요한 부분을 사전에예방하여 건설 조달의 효율성을 높이는데 큰 역할을 하고 있다. 하지만, 설계VE와는 달리 설계도서의 완성 후 시공단계에서 진행하는 시공 VE는 제대로 실행되지 못하는 경우가 많다. 본 연구에서는 건설업계의 가치공학(VE)의 문제점을 분석하고 효율적인 VE의 적용 방안을 제시하는것을 목표로 한다. 본 연구를 위해 시공VE 사례를 분석해 시공VE의 효과를 조사하고, 국내 건설현장 실무자 40명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 VE 적용 현황을 분석하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the problems of the construction value engineering (VE) of the construction industry and present efficient ways of construction VE was performed. For this study, 40 domestic construction staff of the current status was investigated about construction VE application. Also I investigated the effect of the construction VE that can be obtained through the case of the actual construction VE. Emphasized the necessity of the construction VE to gain these effects. Summarize this study, First, Draw out the problems that was gained through analysis of construction VE status of the construction industry. Second, Propose the effective methods for improve these problems.
