국문 초록

본 연구는 홍성군 마을기업의 육성 및 활성화를 위한 정책 개발을 목적으로 하였다. 근로자는 주로 고연령 층의 여성이다. 운영자금과 지역인재를 찾는 어려움이 가장 크며, 전문경영 교육, 마을기업 근로자의 직무관련 교육·훈련·기술 교육, 중장기 경영전략 및 수익창출을 돕기 위한 전문가 지원, 사업비 지원 금액, 공공기관 우선구매, 판로개척을 위한 지원 등은 매우 부정적이다. 조직운영과 의사결정의 투명성, 마을기업 운영성과 항목의 중요성은 마을기업 지역성 및 공동체성, 마을기업의 정책지원 항목의 만족도 대부분 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 마을기업 운영성과 중요도와 지역성 및 공통체성과 마을기업 운영성과 중요도에 대한 마을기업의 정책지원 만족도와의 결과 모두 통계적으로 유의하며, 모형이 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 첫째, 사회적 기업, 협동조합, 자활기업, 농어촌공동체회사 등과 차별화된 마을기업 특성화가 필요하다. 둘째, 마을공동체 및 지역사회의 지속가능성은 ‘기업성’에 있다. 마지막으로 마을기업의 지역성+공동체성+공공성 등의 사회적 가치에 대한 논의를 활성화하고, 사회적 성과를 극대화할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop policies for fostering and revitalizing village enterprises in Hongseong-gun. The purpose of this study was to understand the operating conditions and problems of village enterprises in Chungcheongnam-do. The workers are mainly older women. The biggest difficulty is finding operating funds and local talent. Professional management education, job-related education/training/technical education for village business workers, expert support to help mid- to long-term management strategies and profit creation, project cost support amount, priority purchase from public institutions, Support for market development is very negative. Transparency of organizational operation and decision-making, the importance of village enterprise operation performance items were correlated with regionality and community characteristics of village enterprises, and satisfaction of village enterprises' policy support items. The results of the village enterprise operational performance importance, regionality and community, and the village enterprise's policy support satisfaction on the importance of village enterprise operation performance and importance are all statistically significant. In conclusion, first, it is necessary to characterize village enterprises that are differentiated from social enterprises, cooperatives, self-support enterprises, and rural community enterprises. Second, the sustainability of the village community and local community lies in 'enterprise'. Lastly, it is necessary to activate the discussion of social values such as locality + community + publicness of village enterprises, and to maximize social performance.
