국문 초록

본 연구에서는 ‘여가문화 생활만족도’, ‘주관적 웰빙’, ‘직업 만족도’ 간의 구조적인 관계 및 충청남도 지역 거주기간의 다집단분석을 실시하였으며, 이는 ‘2018년 충남 사회조사’ 자료를 활용하여 분석하였다. 이와 관련된 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여가문화 생활만족도는 주관적 웰빙에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 여가 및 소비 중심의 생활 만족은 개인의 삶 전반에 영향을 미치는 주관적 웰빙과 관련된다고 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 주관적 웰빙은 직업만족도에 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 드러났으며, 주관적 웰빙은 직업 만족을 포함한 생활 전반에 걸쳐 만족도를 높일 수 있는 중요한 요소로 이해할 수 있다. 셋째, 여가문화 생활만족도는 직업만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 직업 만족도는 근무환경과 업무 외에도 여가문화 생활 만족, 자기개발 등의 다양한 부분과 관련됨을 추측할 수 있다. 마지막으로, 여가문화 생활만족도, 주관적 웰빙 간의 구조적 관계에서 거주기간의 수준에 따라 각 경로의 영향 관계에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 현대사회에서 삶의 중요한 원천인 여가문화와 관련된 주요 변수로 주관적 웰빙, 직업 만족도의 영향 관계를 살펴보았기에, 여가문화와 관련된 다양한 현장과 학계에서 참고할 수 있는 자료가 될 것이다. 향후 연구로, 여가문화와 관련된 다양한 변수의 관계를 타 지자체의 자료를 활용하여 분석할 수 있을 것이고, 코로나19 이후 여가문화에 대한 변화 과정을 살펴보는 후속연구도 진행할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

In this study, a structural analysis was conducted on the relationships between ‘leisure culture satisfaction’, ‘subjective well-being’, and ‘job satisfaction’. Additionally, a multi-group analysis was performed based on the residential period in the Chungcheongnam-do region. The analysis utilized data from the ‘2018 Chungcheongnam-do Social Survey’. The research findings related to this are as follows. Firstly, it was found that leisure culture satisfaction significantly impacts subjective well-being. Satisfaction with leisure and consumption-oriented lifestyle can be seen as related to subjective well-being, which influences various aspects of an individual's life. Secondly, subjective well-being was found to have a meaningful influence on job satisfaction. Subjective well-being can be understood as an important factor in increasing satisfaction in various aspects of life, including job satisfaction. Thirdly, leisure culture satisfaction was found to have a significant impact on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is likely related to various aspects such as work environment, tasks, leisure culture satisfaction, and self-development. Finally, there were differences in the influence relationships of each path in the structural relationship between leisure culture satisfaction and subjective well-being based on the level of residential period. The implications of this study lie in examining the influence relationships of subjective well-being and job satisfaction, which are significant variables related to leisure culture, a crucial source of life in modern society. This study can serve as a valuable reference for various practical and academic fields related to leisure culture. For future studies, it is possible to analyze the relationships among various variables related to leisure culture using data from other regions. Additionally, conducting follow-up studies to examine the changes in leisure culture after the COVID-19 pandemic would also be worthwhile.
