국문 초록

본 연구는 12세 ADHD 아동에게 자기효능감 향상에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 한 단일사례 연구이다. 연구 절차는 A 초등학교 상담실에서 주 1회씩 50분씩 사전과 사후를 제외한 12회기 활동중심 미술치료를 실시하였다. 연구 도구는 자기효능감 검사를 사전과 사후 비교분석 하였으며, 회기별 행동 변화를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 활동 중심 미술치료가 ADHD 아동의 자기효능감 향상에 효과가 있었으며 둘째, 활동 중심 미술치료가 ADHD 아동의 불안 감소에 효과가 있었다. 셋째, 활동 중심미술치료 과정 중 눈 마주침, 물건을 챙기고 정리정돈, 자발적인 활동을 하는 등의 행동변화가 있었다. 이는 활동중심 미술치료 프로그램이 ADHD 아동의 자기효능감 향상과 ADHD 감소에 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 활동중심 미술치료가 ADHD 아동의 심리적 안정감에 긍정적인 영향을 주어 문제행동을 개선 시키고, 임상 현장에서의 미술치료 프로그램 기초자료 제공에 의의를 가지고자 하였다.

영문 초록

This study is a single case study to find out the effect of improving selfefficacy in 12-year-old ADHD children. The research procedure was conducted in the counseling room of elementary school A for 50 minutes once a week, 12 sessions of activity-oriented art therapy, excluding pre- and postmortem. The research tool compared and analyzed the self- efficacy test before and after, and analyzed behavioral changes by session. The results of the study are as follows. First, activity-oriented art therapy was effective in improving the self-efficacy of ADHD children, and second, activityoriented art therapy was effective in reducing anxiety in ADHD children. Third, during the activity-oriented art therapy process, there were behavioral changes such as eye contact, packing items, organizing, and voluntary activities. It was found that the activity-oriented art therapy program was effective in improving the self-efficacy of ADHD children and reducing ADHD. This study sought to improve problem behavior by positively affecting the psychological stability of ADHD children and to be meaningful in providing basic data on art therapy programs in the clinical field.
