국문 초록

이 연구는 재외동포재단에서 운영하는 스터리코리안 웹사이트의 K-POP 한국어 교육 콘텐츠를 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 그 개선 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. K-POP 한국어 교육 콘텐츠는 초급 7개, 중급 10개, 고급 16개로 모두 33개이다. 이 교육 콘텐츠는 교수자의 영어 설명이 동영상으로 제공되는 것과 그렇지 않은 것으로 나눌 수 있다. 학습 자료는 가사보기, 문법과 단어로 구성되어 있다. 그런데 노랫말에 부기된 발음 표기는 정확하지 않은 문제와 문법과 어휘가 학습 등급에 적절하지 않은 문제가 있다. 또한 문법과 어휘의 영역 구분이 모호하고, 제시 형태도 일관성이 없으며, 중복되는 요소가 많고, 설명 또한 사전식으로 제시되어 학습자가 이해하기 어려운 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 개선하는 방안으로 K-POP 학습 자료를 다양화해야 한다는 점, 교수자의 설명을 한국어로 해야 한다는 것, 학습 동영상에 교수자와 학습자가 함께 등장하도록 해야 하는 점, 학습 내용과 자료를 정확하게 제시해야 한다는 것, 학습 활동을 다양화해야 한다는 것, 실제 교실환경에서 학습할 수 있도록 교수자를 위한 학습 보조 자료를 구성하여 제공해야 한다는 점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the K-POP Korean education contents of Study Korean operated by the Overseas Koreans Foundation, to derive problems and to suggest ways to improve them. There are 33 K-POP Korean educational contents, 7 for beginner, 10 for intermediate, and 16 for advanced. This educational content can be divided into two categories where the instructor's English explanation is provided as a video and the English explanation is not provided as a video. Learning materials consist of song lyrics, grammar and vocabulary. However, there is a problem that the pronunciation of the song lyrics is not accurate. And there is a problem that grammar and vocabulary are not appropriate for the learning grade. Also, the division between grammar and vocabulary is ambiguous, the form of presentation is inconsistent, there are many overlapping elements, and the explanation is also presented in a dictionary form, which makes it difficult for learners to understand. The measures to improve these problems are as follows. K-POP learning materials should be diversified. The instructor's explanation should be in Korean. Instructor and learner should appear together in the learning video. The content and materials to be studied must be presented accurately. Learning activities should be diversified. Teaching aids should be provided for use by instructors in the classroom.
