국문 초록

연구목적: 이 연구는 일본의 무역구조 변화를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이는 일본의 무역구조 변화를 파악함으로써 일본을 둘러싼 공급망 변화를 분석하고자 한 것이다. 이는 공급망의 확대 변화가 일본의 무역구조에 어떠한 변화를 초래했는지, 반대로 무역 상품의 변화가 공급망 구조에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지는 분석을 통해 살펴보고자 한 것이다. 논문구성/논리: 이 연구는 일본의 무역구조에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 반대로 무역을 둘러싼 공급망에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하는 것을 목적으로, 서론에 이어 Ⅱ장에서는 무역의존도의 변화를 살펴보고, Ⅲ장에서는 수출입상품의 변화를 살펴봄으로써 구조적 변화를 검토하고, Ⅳ장에서는 상품별 무역 변화를 무역 특화 계수와 수출성장률을 통해 분석, 그리고 Ⅴ장에서는 분석한 일본의 무역구조 변화를 도출하고 연구의 한계와 향후 과제를 정리한다. 결과: 분석을 통해 도출한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일본의 무역의존도 변화가 거의 없는 것으로 나타났고, 수출의존도와 수입의존도 간의 격차가 매우 작게 나타났다. 둘째, 주요 수출입상품인 운송용 기구, 일반기계, 전기기구, 원료별 제품, 화학제품에는 변화가 없었지만, 규모 측면에서 변화가 나타났다. 셋째, 1990년 일본은 미국으로의 수출의존도가 매우 높았지만, 2010년 중국으로 전환되었다. 넷째, 주요 수출입상품의 무역수지를 분석한 결과, 수출액 규모의 변화가 있었지만, 구조적 변화는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 주요 수출품의 무역특화계수와 수출액의 증가율 품목별에는 차이가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 독창성/가치: 이 연구는 기존 무역구조의 변화를 시스템적으로 연구하였던 것과 달리 주요 상품별 수출입구조를 살펴보았다는 데 의미가 있다. 수출입구조의 변화는 수입국의 수요에 의해 결정되는 경우가 많으며 공급망에도 영향을 미치게 된다. 따라서 무역구조 변화의 연구는 공급망 변화와 밀접한 관계가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study aims to examine changes in Japan's trade structure. This is to analyze changes in the supply chain surrounding Japan by figuring out some changes in Japan's trade structure. This is to examine how the expansion of the supply chain caused changes in Japan's trade structure, and on the contrary, how changes in trade products affected the supply chain structure through analysis. Composition/Logic: This study aims to analyze how it affects Japan's trade structure and, on the contrary, how it affects the supply chain surrounding trade. Following the introduction, Chapter II examines changes in trade dependence, and Chapter III examines structural changes by examining changes in import and export products. Chapter IV analyzes trade changes by product with trade-specific coefficients and export growth rates. Chapter V derives changes in Japan's trade structure, and summarizes the limitations of the study and future tasks. Findings: The results derived from the analysis are as follows. First, it was found that Japan's trade dependence had little change, and the gap between export dependence and import dependence was very small. Second, there was no change in transportation equipment, general machinery, electrical appliances, products by each base material, and chemical products, which are major import and export products, but changes appeared in terms of size. Third, in 1990, Japan was very dependent on exports to the United States, but it was converted to China in 2010. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the trade balance of major import and export products, it was found that there was a change in the size of exports amount, but there was no structural change. Fifth, it was found that there was a large difference between the trade-specific coefficient of major exports and the increase rate of exports. Originality/Value: Unlike the systematic study of changes in the existing trade structure, this study is meaningful in that it examined the import and export structure of each major product. Changes in the import and export structure are often determined by the demand of the importing country and it also affects the supply chain. Therefore, the study of trade structure changes is closely related to supply chain changes.
