정리수납전문가 창직을 통한 신 시장 창출사례 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 ㈜덤인의 성장 과정에서 정리수납 서비스 수요 창출, 서비스 수요를담당할 전문가 육성, 일자리 창출, 정리수납 서비스 산업으로 정착되기까지 양성된전문가의 이탈방지와 지속적인 인력풀 유지를 위한 봉사활동 조직 구성 등을 통해정리수납전문가 창직과 동시에 정리수납이라는 신시장의 창출 사례를 제시하고자한다. 창직과 창업을 이루는 과정에 대한 체계적인 연구 분석을 위해 한국정리수납협회의 정리수납전문가 교육 프로그램, 콩알 봉사단의 사회공헌 활동, 덤인의 체계적이고 표준화된 시스템적 기업 전략, 정부 인력양성 전문기관과의 협업의 4가지성공요인을 중심으로 살펴보았으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 명제1: 한국정리수납협회의 정리수납전문가 교육 프로그램은 정리수납 사업 정착에 긍정적 영향을미쳤다. 명제2: 콩알봉사단의 봉사활동은 정리수납 전문 인력의 이탈방지 및 지속적인 유지에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 명제3: 덤인의 조직적이고 체계적인 시스템 구축과 브랜드 개발 및 다양한 마케팅 전략은 신 시장 창출에 성공요소로 나타났다. 명제4: 정부 인력양성 기관과의 협업은 정리수납전문가 양적 육성에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 교육, 마케팅, 사회공헌 및 공공기관과의 협업을 통해 인력양성, B2C, B2B, B2G 수요창출 및 일자리 창출 등 다각도의 직업 활성화를 통해민간 자생 신 직업으로서 정리수납전문가 창직과 창업을 통한 신 시장 창출 사례라는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aims to present examples of the creation of a new market calledclean-up storage expert by creating demand for clean-up storage services,fostering experts in charge of service demand, creating jobs, preventing thedeparture of trained experts from settling into the clean-up service industry,and organizing volunteer activities to maintain a pool of manpower. Forsystematic research and analysis of the process of establishing and starting abusiness, the four success factors of the Korea Association of ProfessionalOrganizers's Organization Receipt Specialist Training Program, KongalVolunteer Group's Social Contribution Activities, Dumin's Systematic andStandardized Corporate Strategy, and collaboration with government humanresources training institutions were as follows. Proposition 1: The KoreaOrganization for Settlement and Receipt Association's training program forexperts in liquidation and receipt had a positive effect on the settlement of theliquidation and receipt business. Proposition 2: The volunteer activities of theKongal Volunteer Group had a positive effect on the prevention andcontinuous maintenance of the withdrawal of professional manpower fororganization storage. Proposition 3: Dumin's systematic and systematicsystem construction, brand development, and various marketing strategieswere found to be success factors in creating new markets. Proposition 4:Collaboration with government manpower training institutions had a positiveeffect on the quantitative development of organized storage experts. Thisstudy is meaningful in that it is a case of creating a new market through thecreation and start-up of organized storage experts as a private self-sustainingnew job by revitalizing various jobs such as training manpower, B2C, B2B, andB2G demand creation, and job creation through education, marketing, socialcontribution, and collaboration with public institutions.
